Are you a current user of this product?
Yes
PROS: There is great integration with Salesforce. I like that whenever we have some troubles we can immediately fix the issues. This tool provides us open access to possible leads. I am able to see the competitors to the account, to pull up company’s competitor list including revenue and personnel. All I have to do is to click on those accounts and to start creating within Salesforce and to fill with the leads I want. Also, in case you use the website and you plug in the companies that you are interested in then you will get readout every day of the news for specific companies.
CONS: Sometimes the data is outdated and when I want to email leads the emails bounce and when I try to check the Linkedln or other source they have moved on a long time back.
PROS: Currently in marketing, list building is essential and critically important. It's nice how organized and detailed it can be in targeting searches. We frequently utilize it in augmenting our current database.
CONS: It would've been nice if the tool offered D&B or Hoover's info along with crowd-sourcing details, if both are significantly included as official information. Or maybe utlize a scoring system of some kind indicating data level confidence. For most companies, the employee list is lightweight.
PROS: Company data has been precise and offers easy syncing with SFCD. While contacts aren't as accurate or strong, they're easy to sync, and it sniff out duplicates before importing anything. SFDC is written well and a fantastic add-on!
CONS: There's a lack of contact precision. If developers combine with Zoominfo for contacts, then it would be one of the best data solutions out there! They also need to de-dup accounts since some of them are way too many.
PROS: I like the data I get and I love the integration with Salesforce. I have an access to thorough firmographic data, social updates, connected relationships and many other things that are helpful for our team so they can reach even more personal level across channels and to get deep insight into the needs and interests of potential prospects.
CONS: I’d like to have even more detailed information on sales rep within an organization including top keyword trends on social posts but I believe that this is not IV’s issue it is more the industry wide issue when it comes to detailed data.
PROS: That way I see it, InsideView is a top tool for inside sales in scoping the market. It has a clear understanding with prospects and delivering the right messaging according to the extracted info. I'm able to gain useful data on company employess that I can't find elsewhere. I highly recommend this for any inside sales professional.
CONS: For the most part, InsideView has been good to me. Although it may need more international information from companies, especially those coming from the DACH region.
PROS: I like how the data presented is relevant, detailed, and timely. I'm able to learn further about an organization, seek relevant contacts, and see news highlighting essential company items. This means my outreach wouls start off with essentials for my contacts. With hot prospects being to pushed to me, I can see and utilize them way before my competitors, sometimes without my contacts knowing. I call that an advantage in sales.
CONS: It appears to be clunky in terms of usage. It's also a little difficult when coordinating with other CRM tools. But I can live with the tech issues for the sake of having a business edge over my competitors.
PROS: InsideView has given me so many things. One of the involves having exclusive access to a wide range of e-mail formats for organizations. This is helpful in prospecting.
CONS: Some of the displayed data appear to be outdated. I see that around 80% of information is precise, but it does appear frustrating not to correct information immediately, although it's understandable.
PROS: InsideView is great research platform that is extremely useful when it comes to marketing, sales and when performing meetings with prospective clients. It provides great integration with Salesforce and you are able to import the data directly into the SF CRM.
CONS: There is no direct dial functionality and this means that you have only one option for contacting the lead and this is via email or you can call the company directly. Also, I’d like to see work history and positions of the candidates within this tool.
