The Insellerate CRM is a must have for Mortgage Professionals and Mortgage Lenders. I've been using Insellerate CRM since its inception. The Insellerate CRM system allows users to Manage their Leads, Nurture your contacts and to Drive sales. The Insellerate CRM is easy to navigate and exremely customizable for your individual needs. The Insellerate Customer Service is also fantastic. Always available and very quick to respond. I highly recommed the Insellerate CRM system for all your lead management needs.
In this ever changing market it can be difficult to keep up with the changes. I do feel that Insellerate does a great job in adding additional features and upgrades and making improvements to the CRM system to keep up with market and continue to drive sales and keep individuals in front of their clients.
The Insellerate CRM System allows for Lead Mangement and continued follow up and nurturing of your client data base. The Insellerate CRM Syatem really is an all in one system.
I like that I can clikc a lead and it will out bound through my work phone

The lead management and report building for our loan originators. The UI is easy to use and organize leads and loans within inflow. As an admin I have built many specific reports that Loan Originators have requested which make it easy for them to log in and run the report. The customer support is always super quick and helpful, they always find a solution even if that means building something for our organization.
Very rarely, the system will have latency issues. Usually this does not last more than a couple of hours.

For a small company, the price it very doable, especially for the power the system brings. The ability to load campaigns, and interface with our LOS as well as other systems has proven to be extremely beneficial. Now our leads can come from branches and be assigned immediately to a Loan Officer to reach out the member right away. Sometimes, the LO is catching the member right after they just left the branch. And the power of the digital platform for engagement has been very useful, allowing us to reach more members and non-members in an instant.
The dialing feature is great and i love that it records the conversation, but an auto dialer for large campaigns would be very helpful.
It has organized our Loan Officers so that they can follow up on leads effectively, giving us the best opportunity to service the member.
The CRM can do so many things that others cannot. The team has been amazing as far as helping us customize how we do business and commicate with our partners and clients. It is easy to use. They system is something we juse on a daily basis and hourly as well. The integration with Encompass has been seamless. Implementation of the way we do busienss was great and the team over there helped us tremendously. The customer support team answers your question quickly!
The implementation did take a little while but once we set it up things are running smoothly now!
It has really optimized and autmated our follow up system with agents and clients both. It helps us stay in front of more clients and helps capture and retain more business.
Many features to choose from that are included with your price. Multiple upgrades to the product are released each quarter and there is good speedy support for any issues if they ever occur. Our company has integrated Insellerate with multiple other systems and it does not have an issue integrating.
Our company is constantly changing and testing new lead providers and the ability to create new campaigns, groups, routing, status/activities with complete ease is monumental to our success.

As an LO having your whole pipeline displayed with the current lead you are working is not entirely necessay. I would like it to just be the current lead you are working so the page doesn't have to take up a whole screen.

Coming from a "more corporate" CRM to Insellerate has been a game changer for us. This is a major change for any mortgage company/call center, but we just didn't feel we were getting any traction with the old corporate CRM we left. They weren't innovating...they hadn't done anything new in 10 years, so it was time for a change. After getting through the standard system change issues and grumbling from our agents, Insellerate has become a well-liked and widely used asset to the company. We were also able to consolidate features we used from a handful of vendors into one offering from Insellerate, which makes managing the technology stack way more manageable. I strongly recommend you take a look.
Development requests take a while, but I think that's normal for any system. They do a great job of communicating their roadmap to their customers so you always know what's coming next.
