Designer provides the capability to create custom maps seamlessly within the ServiceNow platform using existing CMDB data.

We've found nothing we dislike within the system at this time.

Provides us the ability to create custom maps used for our Enterprise Architecture project. Allows us to use custom icons for each type of item to provide additional use for each map.

I like the ability to visualize the current state of our CMDB or Business Service, and then use that to plan out changes. By having the up to date information presented if there is a change that you are unaware of it will show up in your new design plans and not catch you unaware.

Big plus for our architecture team as they are not always up to the most current state of operations changes

Rendering time is sometimes slow. Otherwise the product performs exceptionally.

The Inspi team has been exceptional to deal with. The product as we have tested it so far delivers a high degree of value.

This is primarily pointed at our architects. Allowing them to have a more comprehensive view of our CMDB with the ability to make plans off of will greatly add to our ability to deliver on our business objectives.

The ability to pull in objects directly from ServiceNow, to enable us to build a view of our landscape that is updated when lifecycles change, relationships change etc

I don't dislike anything, however it would be useful to be able to use additional attributes in the shapes.

We have had to do most of our diagramming using Visio previously, however these are static diagrams and must be updated manually when there are changes.

It's natively build on the ServiceNow platform, it uses ServiceNow tables and it is able to connect to all items within ServiceNow. This makes it very powerful. Most other diagram tools on the market are standalone, you draw your diagram once and there it is. there is no way of keeping it updated in an automated way, which is very well possible with the Designer.

Being able to draw process diagrams and architecture landscapes and keeping them up to date right where they belong to.

It is very beneficial tool for product design, creating,layout, editing. Designer person can explore their creativity and work on new innovative ideas.it is use for quick iteration and revision of the product design.

This kind of tool required time and more practice for beginners designer. Overall it is good tool for designer for creativity.

With the help design tool designer can make the creative design and work on innovative ideas as he want. Designer can make layout very easily. He can save lots of time. More satisfaction with product design.

Designer saves so much time analysis our data. We get to focus on other tasks.

It takes a lot of time to figure out the tools and setting up your workflow.

Comparing data

We buy it in order to replace visio. That's works fine. We like the ability of this product to request the tables of service now. We like the possibility of all the user of servicenow to use it.

We have not dislike with this product. An evolution may be the ability to class the diagrams into folder.

If you want a product like visio who was fully integrated with service now it is a good product. You don't have to install anything on the computer. You just need a browser.
