I love the user interface of InnerTrends, it's intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to access the data I need when I need it. The reports and visualization options are extensive and extremely helpful for identifying key trends and insights in our user behavior data. The data provides is sophisticated and has been invaluable to drive our product roadmap and achieve product market fit.
Nothing! It's an incredible tool and there is nothing to dislike.
The data provided has been critical to help us understand the user onboarding process and how we can ensure success with our product.
There are 2 things that make Innertrends great for me:
1 - The implementation
I've tried many other tools like this, but it's always been hard to turn data into insights. With Innertrends, their implementation team helps determine what the customer journey looks like and tells you how to implement it. They've been extremely supportive and really seem to understand my product.

2 - The insights in the reports
I get insights that I never got from any other tool. I know my product really well, but after browsing through Insights for 30 minutes, I learned so much more. It helps define a roadmap for future improvement, and it also helps me measure the effect of these improvements.

It takes some work to make all things actionable.
Using Innertrends is required to get in-depth knowledge of what your users are actually doing in the product. Then, being able to understand this information and take actions out of it is absolutely required for increasing growth rapidly.
Currently, we optimize the onboarding flow of our product and we also work on improving engagement (less churn) for clients. Benefits are: improving adoption of the product, increasing engagement, increasing conversion and lowering churn.
I'm using Innertrends for 9 months now and I couldn't be happier, I would say the best thing about it is that it allowed me to create a full picture of what happens before the visitor becomes a lead till it became a customer and after.
It's hard to say that I dislike something about it, no software is perfect and the guys worked together with our team to make sure small changes are done to fit our Funnel.
The product itself is scalable and can go from medium data sizes too big data. We started only with the attribution before the visitor became a lead and expanded the services from there.
Claudiu was amazing in the onboarding period, always happy to help and explain everything about the methodology used for the attribution.
Visibility on what happens before a visitor becomes a lead, this helped us have a better understanding on what channels are influencing our funnel and in what measure.
In the same time, we are now able to take better business decisions when it comes to advertising.
