What do you like best about InnerTrends?

As part of the OrCam team, I've found InnerTrends to be an invaluable asset for our data analysis and user engagement strategies. What stands out the most is the platform's deep analytical capabilities which provide us with detailed insights into customer behavior and product usage. This is crucial for us, as understanding how our users interact with products like OrCam MyEye and OrCam Read helps us to continually refine and enhance their experience. InnerTrends' intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate complex data sets, allowing us to make data-driven decisions quickly and efficiently. The ability to track and analyze user journeys has been particularly beneficial, helping us to identify and address any usability issues and to optimize our products for our target audience, including those with visual impairments or learning difficulties.

What do you dislike about InnerTrends?

While InnerTrends is a powerful tool, there are some areas that could be improved. One aspect is the initial setup and customization process, which can be somewhat complex and time-consuming. For a team like ours at OrCam, where time is of the essence, a more streamlined setup would be advantageous. Additionally, while the depth of data provided is impressive, it can sometimes be overwhelming, especially for newer users who are not as familiar with data analytics. Simplifying the presentation of data without losing its depth would enhance user experience. Lastly, more tailored support for the specific needs of companies in the assistive technology sector would further enhance the utility of InnerTrends for our team.

What do you like best about InnerTrends?

I love the user interface of InnerTrends, it's intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to access the data I need when I need it. What do you like best about InnerTrends?

There are 2 things that make Innertrends great for me:

1 - The implementation

I've tried many other tools like this, but it's always been hard to turn data into insights. With Innertrends, their implementation team helps determine what the customer journey looks like and tells you how to implement it. They've been extremely supportive and really seem to understand my product.

2 - The insights in the reports

I get insights that I never got from any other tool. I know my product really well, but after browsing through Insights for 30 minutes, I learned so much more. It helps define a roadmap for future improvement, and it also helps me measure the effect of these improvements.

What do you dislike about InnerTrends?

There's honestly nothing I dislike, it's just great

Understanding how customers use our product, which helps in determining the roadmap for future developments.

It's the best tool we've used for getting actionable data from our analytics.

It's a newer product so there are some areas still being developed but nothing I actually dislike.

If you are tracking data but not sure how to get the insights needed to grow your business then this is where InnerTrends comes in. It's a product that lets you find the biggest growth opportunity and drill in to know the actions you need to take to grow that portion of your business. It's a tool that gives you the power of being a data scientist without having to actually be one.

We are pinpointing the biggest growth opportunities and working through solving them through data-backed insights. It helps us prioritize what we should be concentrating on growing versus just guessing.

Nothing is missing from this software - its is a real game changer!

I can understand the intricate details of my business and gain valuable insights, it's easy to use and easy t integrate. I have solved many of my drop off rates by using innertrends and increased my conversion rates, therefore increased the overall growth of my business.

It takes some work to make all things actionable.

Recommendations to others considering InnerTrends:

Using Innertrends is required to get in-depth knowledge of what your users are actually doing in the product. Then, being able to understand this information and take actions out of it is absolutely required for increasing growth rapidly.

What problems is InnerTrends solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, we optimize the onboarding flow of our product and we also work on improving engagement (less churn) for clients. Benefits are: improving adoption of the product, increasing engagement, increasing conversion and lowering churn.

What do you like best about InnerTrends?

I'm using Innertrends for 9 months now and I couldn't be happier, I would say the best thing about it is that it allowed me to create a full picture of what happens before the visitor becomes a lead till it became a customer and after.

What do you dislike about InnerTrends?

It's hard to say that I dislike something about it, no software is perfect and the guys worked together with our team to make sure small changes are done to fit our Funnel.

Recommendations to others considering InnerTrends:

The product itself is scalable and can go from medium data sizes too big data. We started only with the attribution before the visitor became a lead and expanded the services from there.

Claudiu was amazing in the onboarding period, always happy to help and explain everything about the methodology used for the attribution.

What problems is InnerTrends solving and how is that benefiting you?

Visibility on what happens before a visitor becomes a lead, this helped us have a better understanding on what channels are influencing our funnel and in what measure.

In the same time, we are now able to take better business decisions when it comes to advertising.

Following activity and engagement of leads in the free trial, and gave a better control on churn rates
