The screening process makes finding a tenant easy. You can also build your own application. The users feature allows you to add on members of your team, property owners, maintenance, and more. Any issues encountered will be swiftly resolved by Innago Support.
I wish Innago had a tasks feature that allowed you to create administrative tasks.

99.9% of my property management business I run my Innago phone app. Innago has been a one stop shop for me that is easy to use, customizable and affordable. Innago is the 1st app that has been able to easily allow me to manage income and expenses of all my properties & from my phone. Multi-Family, SF, condos & medium-term rentals. Being able to customize templates for applications, leases, etc. by location and property is amazing. Keeping track of all my expenses was the hardest for me to do. The ability to use my phone to snap a photo of all the invoices & receipts I get and assign expense to a property or individual unit is something I LOVE and so does my accountant. Innago also allows me to set access levels & make reports for partners/investors by property or unit.
I’ve only been self-managing for a couple of years. The last year using Innago I’ve been able to focus my time & money on growing my business and less time managing.
Some invoices have issues being scanned. Uploading invoices don't get scanned. I’ve had some issues with some templates that the inserted fields shift after signature.

Innago is the perfect, affordable software solution to manage properties. Its platform offers features that would normally be available only at a much higher price. Using Innago, you can customize and screen applications, run background checks, electronically sign documents, and collect payment -- all within the software. Tenants can make maintenance requests and set themselves up on auto-pay if they choose. Property owners can have a separate login (with different features) than the property manager. The most incredible part is that you could do all of this at no cost. The only potential fees are bank transfer ($2) or credit card processing (2.99%), but even the decision of who pays those fees is customizable. There's an app for your phone, too. For my small, three-door operation, Innago has been an all-in-one solution that's completely replaced paper leases and using multiple other sites to achieve the same outcome.
The software does everything you would want it to do, but sometimes it's not intuitive where to find the feature you're looking for.
It allows me to have everything on one platform rather than having to use multiple sites. The integration of e-signed documents is also saving me from the hassle of using paper leases.

I was able to get technical support relatively easily for a product that didn't cost me anything. Which was awesome.
Marketing is done on via realtor.com which potentially gets less exposure than Zillow. However, zillow users were able to contact me via zillow to request application.
Innago saves so much time because a lot of manual tasks are now automated. Tenants automatically get rent due reminders, late fees are applied automatically, payments are accepted without any interaction. My work load has reduced by 50% or more and I can truly manage my properties as a part time job vs how it was - a full time job.
