Habitat offers a simple design tool for creating content if your design team is limited. The interfact for creating documents is intutive and simlpe to keep designers within brand guidelines and contraints for consistent content.

If you have a more advanced team of multimedia designers who are accustomed to the full availablity of Adobe Suite, they can be constrained at times by Inkling. The lack of a single content library across InkDocs for images and video can be frustrating.

Inkling replaced a paper-only approach to training content for us, so the ability to share video was critical as was the ability to make real-time updates to materials.

My favorite thing about Inkling is the ease of use for building training documents. The drag-and-drop preset patterns, along with our branding being built in, help eliminate the need to be a great designer and allow the user to focus on the content portion. I often receive feedback from colleagues who really enjoy the ability to create functional, informative, and interactive documents with relative ease.

Every now and then, a bug or some type of glitch may cause my document not to work quite the way I want, but the support team is terrific, and I always receive responses and often solutions within 24 hours.

Inkling is helping the leaders at our organization create and build their own resources for their associates without having to engage a design team. It saves them an incredible amount of time and gives them control.

Inkling is very easy to use for content authoring. The drag and drop technology allows users to learn the process quickly and design courses with little to no design background needed.

We use Inkling heavily for internal use cases but would like to expand that to external stakeholders and customers. This would require an enhancement to share Inkdocs publicly without needing a login.

Ease of use has had a huge impact. New authors are able to be trained quickly and start working in the platform immediately. We no longer have to use lengthy design processes to produce engaging content. Our subject matter experts are able to author with little to no design experience.

The platform itself is very easy to use and get started with, robust set of design features/widgets that make the pages more dynamic than other traditional learning platforms. A very powerful tool for getting great looking content out to your users. Also, service has been very open to our feedback and open with their roadmap, working with us to improve the platform and usage.

Would like to see more improvements with their learning pathways, scorm, and xAPI. It seems to be there but it may not be as fast as other organizations would prefer.

Inkling is helping us provide learning resources, learning content, and courses to our learners in a dynamic way while not being constrained to a traditional LMS platform.

The Inkling team is the best part about the organization. Yes, for sure, their products are best in class, but the team of people who truly care about your success are what sets this company apart from other tech companies.

One stop shop for all of our content which makes it super easy for our end-users to find.

There is not a specific thing I would say I dialing. Inkling is always innovating and helping to find solutions for our organizations challenges.

Inkling has solved a number of problems within our organization, especially as we continue to implement new features the platform has to offer.

Inkling helps us through many of our operational training initiatives. For Jack in the Box, onboarding is critical. We're always looking for ways to optimize the process. We add checklists, utilize communications, and execute regular new product training for all of our field employees. Inkling offers great data integration, is forward-thinking in their product space, and completely customer-obsessed. They always ask for feedback and are willing to listen to our requests for product improvements. They are great partners. I can't speak highly enough of Inkling.

There is some audience and role assignment limitation, so we would like to see improvements in that area. Administratively, they have made a lot of improvements.

Staffing a recruitment is a challenge in the QSR industry, and Inkling helps us get onboarding out and reach our field employees fast. That learning curve can't be steep, and Inkling helps us shorten it.

My students and myself are able to access the PLTW Launch curriculum easily on ipads or chromebooks.

i want to be able to have the curriculum read to students, and I haven't found a way to have that done.

When copying and pasting info that includes pictures, the pictures do not paste.

Having content in different forms of communication. Since we've implemented Inkling, this has not really been an issue.

Inkling is a clean, well designed reader. The content creation tool Habitat is stunning and easy to use.

There are some difficulties in Habitat when adjusting tables and tools, but I have no complaints about the reader.

Inkling helps our business stay green as we no longer have to print as many books for trainees and students. It is incredibly easy to make corrections.
