We don't have any specific dislikes, but there is a need for additional integrations as some are not available by default. However, the team is always helpful and responsive in assisting with any integration requests.

Nothing much to mention, but new features should be added, which they are already customizing if the requirement is dropped.

Earlier we were tracking it through excel and later we found Infraon Assets to efficiently help us manage IT and Fixed assets in a single platform. It helps us tracking asset lifecycle, depreciation calculation. It also helps us in the future purchase.

In comparison to other ITASM products on the market, the GUI is quite simple and easy to use. One thing I like about the team is that they are always open to suggestions and customization.

There are no negatives, but I believe implementation should be more seamless.

We were managing the asset entirely manually using Excel. We were having trouble tracking assets and reconciling them. Infraon helps us for asset automation, and they specifically customized a few reports for us. We can now see the entire asset inventory in a single dashboard with change management logs.

Customer support is excellent. The insights provided by asset management software helpful in strategic decision-making, such as when to replace assets, and help identify opportunities to optimize asset performance.

Not compatible with all operating systems. Consuming more system resources while running in the background.Cost- Asset management systems are preety expensive and may not be feasible for smaller organizations or those with limited budgets.

It's a very intuitive and simple tool for NMS and ITAM requirements. It gives overall satisfaction to customers more than the competition available. Also, the support is at par.

When compared to cloud asset management solutions, on-premises asset management solutions have some drawbacks. This may impact some business verticals that don't prefer to go on the cloud.
