Infotelligent seems to have more to offer than their competitors for what we need.

There was nothing so far that I do not like about it.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

Recently I had the privilege of working with Samantha as she managed our client account with Infotelligent. Samantha has gone above and beyond to make sure our team received value during our time using their service. She has been professional, accommodating, and truly helpful. I am grateful for her assistance in resolving some difficult challenges and for providing expert customer service every step of the way.

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

It required a sufficient amount of time to learn. Thankfully we had a great customer service rep who helped us navigate.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

The service was purchased to help gain targeted industry leads.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

I use Infotelligent paired up with Salesforce. The thing is that in this last year, I've been noticing that my lists are a little outdated. A lot of my emails have been returned with non-delivery receipts. I purchased Infotelligent because it offers real-time validation of email addresses. Ever since we got it, we have barely ever received any bounced notifications. My team is also very happy because they're able to get higher comissions (and this is during the pandemic when things have been really bad).

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

Nothing to report here. For now had only good impressions from the product.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

My team has always had to jump from one window to another-from linkedin to Salesforce and so on. This wasn't just wasting a lot of our time, but also meant that we ended up missing out on certain prospects. Infotelligent came in at a time when we were really struggling with the business. The efficiency of our outreach was at the lowest it had ever been because of the pandemic. After getting Infotelligent, we were able to meet our sales targets, not just for this quarter, but the next as well.

"Filters that find what you're looking for faster than ever!"
What do you like best about Infotelligent?

I like that Infotelligent Connect has so many custom filters that helps me narrow down my searches. When you upload a custom field, it automatically becomes a filter. Really helps me customize my dashboard.

Combine this with Discover and that's when you really get to experience its true capabilities. You get hightly accurate contact information that you can engage with on a really personal level!

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

Not a dislike, but rather, a suggestion: I would be really grateful if we could also send over videos and other multimedia in the emails. I think it would boost engagements even more.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

We predominantly use it to manage our outreach campaigns. We are very satisfied with the speed of working that it enables, the quality of communication and the level of connection that we're able to establish.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

I am huge fan of Infotelligent's real-time validation feature. It ensures that I don't waste time sending out emails that will bounce. I can't emphasise enough just how beneficial this has been, especially with the amount of employee turnover we've been witnessing during these times. It saves you a lot of time when searching for leads because the Advanced search filters really help to narrow down you prospecting list.

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

One time, I was unable to find certain contacts. I noticed this was generally around the time that a prospect had just jumped companies.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our approach is that we generally identify a target account and then on the basis of that, we use Infotelligent to generate a list of prospects. Infotelligent helps us create a highly focused list that is accurate and comprehensive. We're also able to easily identify decision makers and that makes it easier to focus our efforts.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

Customer success team that actually cares about the customer and our business. We got so much guidance when we started using Infotelligent. None of our previous solutions ever offered us that level of support. They even helped us improve our email copies which worked like a charm!

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

Sometimes, the data isn't updated on time. I feel like all the other features it offers more than makes up for this thought.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy access to personal phone number means I can still hit my sales targets despite my prospets working from home. Doesn't get much better thatn that.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

Infotelligent is my destination to find highly accurate information about prospective leads. It makes it really, really easy to generate high volumes of potential prospects. I'm in love with how simple it is to export this data into Salesforce. It's helped clean up my database too, reducing any redundancies that might have existed. It's often said that time is money and Infotelligent gives you a lot of both.

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

On some occasions, I find that Infotelligent can take a little extra time to load then I'm pulling up info on a corporation with thousands of employees.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infotelligent helps me find the data to connect with prospective clients. Name a company, in any sector and any part of North America and Infotelligent almost certainly will have the information you need.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

The first thing I do when I start my day is sign in to Infotelligent Connect and I have my to-do list for the day already waiting for me. It's almost like a personal assistant the way it helps me organize my day. I love that it works in sync with Infotelligent Discver. It makes our outreach strategy really easy to execute. I find the contacts I need in Discover, and then through Connect, I am able to engage with them extremely effectively. It's just the most efficient way to gauge customer interest in my products.

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

There isn't anything to dislike with Infotelligent Connect. It's such a simple interface that is pretty much a copy of Infotelligent Discover, so onboarding was extremely simple for my team.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because it organizes my day for me, I don't have to struggle with figuring out what tasks need to be completed on a priority basis. My work is way easier than it has ever been. With Infotelligent Connect, I can engage with prospects in a streamlined manner. I don't need to manually figure out at what stage of my sales approach I am with a lead, as Connect already stores that information in an easy-to-access manner.

What do you like best about Infotelligent?

I've been in sales for over 16 years now and I haven't come across a more efficient and effective solution for sales lead generation than Infotelligent. I've always gotten comprehensive contact information of any of the prospects I've been looking for. I have to give props to the real-time validation feature as it keeps my bounce rates really low. During this time of uncertainty, this ensures that I always have up-to-date emails of prospects.

What do you dislike about Infotelligent?

There isn't much to dislike about Infotelligent. If I have to nit-pick, I'd say fewer filters might make using this easier. I really feel that the interface is the simplest and most straightforward one I've used.

What problems is Infotelligent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infotelligent has simplified the process of finding leads. I no longer have to deal with invalid email addresses, making my outreach efforts highly successful (my conversion rates are through the roof now). Thanks to its single window access to information, I don't have to jump from one screen to another while generating leads. But the absolute game-changing benefit I have realized is the fact that I save tons of time and effort now during my prospecting process.
