I like how flexible the software can be. I have worked now in two different departments handling the software in two different capacities and this system can be tailored to very specific needs
I do not like how the search feature works on forms and pages. You have to be trained how to search because it is not as simple as typing in a field and clicking enter

I use Syteline and the best thing about is that it is easy to use and that it gives access to people based on roles. I was not able to just open any kind of report, I needed permission for some.
I didn't like that sometimes it gets kind of slow and crashes kind of often.

I like the ability to filter on every field within the database. I also like the ease of use in navigating within the dashboard.
I dislike some of the restrictions within the report writing tools.
We are utilizing Syteline in all phases from quoting to shipping and for every function in between. The benefit for us in using Syteline is that the entire organization is on that platform.
With the ability to filter/query on just about any field and export the resulting data to Excel, empowers end users with ability to generate their own reports. Along with add on products like workbenches, most data and report needs can be handled without the need for IT support.
There are still some performance issues with "Home" screens.

After running MRP for many years, we are implementing Finite APS to better control production and scheduling and to reduce lead times. In department where the implementation has been completed, tremendous improvements in scheduling and a reduction of lead times has been accomplished.
Finally a product that streamlines our orders to clients.
