The UI is very helpful to understand event for an ordinary person who is not from the IT Background

A lot more new features such as logistics visibility could be added on in the factory user login too

It covers up end to end factory management & supply chain visibility. It is very easy for pack plan, scan and ship to modify the measurement features. Seamless experience to track the movement & location of the goods.

It best to manage the flow of inventory and information related to global trade.

The peace of mind and reliability when using nexus

Can get tricky but it is not so complicated

Development and Integration is very user friendly and overall experience is very good. Decent tool for providing internal / external end to end visibility within your supply chain. Map views are great when using the GPS functions and allows for clients to see where the bottlenecks are.

I would like to see Infor take a more modern approach to their UX/UI design. At times it feels like the platform is still stuck in the old Web 1.0 way of web platform user interface design. Dashboarding and analytics could be more functional, insightful, and actionable. (read: drill down, click through, operational so-what's). Their professional services team is VERY good; however, project management overhead can be very high without a whole lot of visibility into the value add it is providing.

UI is ok, but navigation is not intuitive at all. Significantly lacking in reporting capabilities as the existing canned reports aren't typically the data you need, and managing report designer can be an insane lift to navigate..

Solving for client product/shipment visibility, PO management, Factory management and last-mile / event management solutions. Clients appreciate having similar views of Nexus and allows for detailed tracking of transactional events.
