It is user-friendly and well customizable for financial reporting and analysis solutions. We frequently applied it together with Valuation team.

From the AP side of things, I did not enjoy Infor. It was not a seamless system and needed a lot of improvement.

I was not too fond of the amount of clicking you had to do to get to certain things, enter journals, or even invoices.

I would ask about add-ons and things that have to be created for your specific needs. They were not transparent about this. You need a special imagine scanning software, which is extra, and also a particular check run system, which costs extra. Codes have to be written specifically for your needs through another third party.

We left our old system for the sake of reporting to be smoother; however, with Infor, everything is an add-on, and it ended up costing more than we expected due to this.
