Infor Distribution is great as a software in our Distribution Industry because of all the modules they offer. Purchasing, Accounting, Sales, Warehouse programs are all housed under one umbrella

The ability to not use and log information like it in a CRM. We also run into issues when running reports for all sales and purchasing data. This is something we could improve.

Infor is working on fixing our service tickets log and keeping track of all customer tickets.

The ease of use, very intuitive. everything is easily found. Plenty of information available, everything is initialed from the user so its super easy to track who did what.

I have yet to come across a feature I don't like in Infor. everything is well labeled and help screens for everything

just switch, you'll never look back. it will be the best thing you did for your system

SX.enterprise has been a stable and robust ERP that works well with TWL to give our company the best solution for every aspect of our manufacturing process. Currently we are on Windows, but hoping to move to Linux in the next installment. We look forward to seeing the improvements and changes that come with v.11, especially if we can get the web version as opposed to only the GUI version.

There are some issues and errors that appear from time to time that can only be resolved by our Infor partner. As an IT Director, I would wish for a smoother workflow with less modification required, but there are limitations that have to be expected as with any software.

A really robust ERP, but you will need to spend a lot of time laying out the groundwork before implementing. Work closely with your channel partner and use them as THE resource on how to make changes and move forward.

All of our departments are impacted by work with SX.enterprise, so it brings everyone together on one platform. The simple transition between ERP and TWL solution means ordering, picking, packing and shipping is streamlined and hassle free. The largest benefit is and always has been that we have one pane of glass to look into our company to determine what is going on. From simple exports, we can get good working knowledge of what is going on to stay on top of order issues and inventory problems. SX.

Sx.e is a complete package of an ERP system for any manufacturing and distribution process. It is very vast and widly suitable wo all kinds of busniess operations within a large scale industry

Solving problems related to cycle count and price adjustments due to damage and defect or due to over consumption of components Sx.

You can get a lot done on this software.

Too many screens to get to where you need to work

PO matching is a great benefit for this software.

I have been working on the extensibility framework. It has great capabilities to customize and enhance the existing functionality as well as can add new functionality. We can have multiple extensions which we can turn on and off. We can also build mongoose apps which can use ION api's.

Documentation needs to be improved and the developer has less control over few things.

I have been providing support to customers using sx.e webui by developing and maintaining extensions.

I like that it contains virtually all of the tools necessary to run a business from reporting to inventory management.

It can be a bit cumbersome to navigate until youve spent a good deal of time in the system.

It's given us an incredible amount of flexibility when it comes to synergy and leveraging our company's assets.

I like how all services are integrated into this product which makes it excel for the customer service department.

Old styled layout with many bugs and minimal updates. Seem's a bit outdated.

We've been able to modify and customize the system to suit our needs.
