Infinigrow shows us our data through a lens that makes marketing attribution and ROI plainly evident. We can segment our data and do attribution analysis on our business segments to identify our best job titles, regions, etc. With InfiniGrow, we can identify where to invest in a much more granular way, ensuring that each change we make in our campaigns and events brings in the expected results. Our account is fully customized to our exact needs, and any change we need, such as a funnel definition update, is done within a day. I can be sure that the data I see on my InfiniGrow account is up to date and represents the truth of our customer journeys.
Honestly a lot of the problems have been fixed as we've been working with them. The frequency of sync with Salesforce has been increased to once per hour, small bugs and quirks were fixed as soon as we've brought them up. Of course, ideally there would be no bugs at all, but Infinigrow's response time has been excellent. Maybe could improve UI so that it's always obvious which filters are applied to the data, but that's more of a user issue.
With InfiniGrow, we have full visibility into our funnel and customer journeys. The data visualization makes it super easy to identify what is working and what is not. I can see the impact of each marketing activity on every funnel stage, and we use this data to optimize our efforts accordingly.
InfiniGrow is our go-to tool for full funnel analysis and reporting. The account journey view is, hands down, one of the best parts of the platform. We use it in our sales <> marketing sync meeting to ensure alignment. The data operations flows are a game changer, without them, our data would be next to useless.
And they're always rolling out new features, which means I keep getting more from InfiniGrow.
They are performing exceptionally well, and I have no complaints or concerns. However, there might be room for improvement in terms of reducing the time taken for feature delivery.

InfiniGrow comes through with multiple workflows to organize and rectify any inconsistencies or duplicates we've got in our CRM. It’s the only platform I use to report and analyze marketing performance.
Multi-touch lead journey analysis is now available at one or two clicks and we love it. Now it's possible to see what campaigns, events, webinars, content pieces etc. are performing best which makes our budget-wise decision process faster, smoother and more effective as we exactly know where to focus. And all this analysis we can have by regions, periods, etc. which is helpful when reporting to specific region leaders.
Hardly anything. The instalation process took some time and adaptiations to our needs but if you want to have a reliable multi-touch analysis you just need to spend this time anyway to make it perfect for the future.
Infinigrow shows a bigger picture of lead gen effectiveness with great details. Now we are able to detect on account level what campaigns, events, webinars, etc. pushed an account to become our customer. These great insights we now use to better spend our budget on what performed best.
Using InfiniGrow, I can finally see the full impact of my campaigns, understand what is driving the pipeline and revenue, and optimize my campaign based on it, not just on leads.
Using the filters and different attribution models, I can easily build reports that compare the impact of my campaigns - first touch vs multitouch, campaign combinations - and save a lot of time doing so.
The team is truly amazing, always answering any questions we may have, and constantly adding new features to ensure we get the value we need.
Learning and adjusting the platform to your needs and use cases takes time, but the CSM team is always available to help and add features to suit your needs.
On top of saving time on reporting, our new reports are far more in-depth, giving us a brand-new view into our performance. This allows us to focus our efforts on driving in more deals and revenue.
InfiniGrow has become our single source of truth, and we no longer rely on Salesforce for reporting and analysis.
Utilzing data to make informed business decision enabes us to maximize our spend within Marketing channels. And we can then realign our spending to maximize our ROAS.
I also like the visual representation to help identify opportunities for eacg specific channel.
Under the overview tab, there is the information symbol on 4 tiles. It is not intuitive to put data behind the symbol. I would sugest adding it directly within ech tile (cost per lead, cost per MQL, cost per opps created and cost per closed won).
Under Analyze/channels: put the 2 charts on separate rows to remove the horizontal scrolling (apply this feedback throughout the site).

I've been very impressed with the customer service offering at Infinigro. Whenever we've had issues or questions their team is very fast to react and set up meetings, training and support.
Understanding the journeys needed to get information can be quite confusing at first.

It provides me a true and complete funnel visibility from a paid campaign to a closed won deal through all the ftouchpoints.
Trying to build this level of granularity by ourself is almost impossible and would mean to invest tons of BI capacity.

I wouldn't say dislike, but since the product is fairly 'young' there are a few UI/label errors here and there, but that is expected. Also, the team is very quick at reporting such errors to the developers and they are fixed very quickly.
If you are 'new' to attribution marketing, it can take some time to understand and get used to how InfiniGrow works. It's not a thing I dislike about InfiniGrow, it's more for you to be aware that starting simple may be a good idea although I understand that you might get excited about all the data InfiniGrow provides ;)
