The tool was super easy for us to set up and super easy for our participants (teenagers) to use. We had little to no issues getting everyone onboarded and they all completed their assignments correctly. Hannah and the Indeemo team were very helpful and responsive, and let us try their new AI Beta features which were great!

I can't think of anything off the top of my head - if we had any issues, the team was quick to fix it for us!

We used Indeemo as a fun, interactive tool for teens to complete their text / photo / video pre-work assignments so we could get to know them before their IDIs.

Working with the staff at Indeemo was a delight. They were responsive and instrumental in thinking about how to get the most out of this project - critical as a new Indeemo user. The platform captured material that we had no other way of accessing - a window into consumers' lived experiences. We were also easily able to stimulate reflection on issues of 'why' and unpack emotional responses. Therefore, the ability to manage participants, and their responses, made real-time interactions during the project simple. This was supported by Indeemo's analytic versatility, which already has automated approaches, that aided the depth of our considerations of the data and ensured a flexible approach during the project. This capacity for agile implementation is critical in facilitating the benefits of physical ethnography with the heightened capabilities of digital capture - Indeemo is the best of both worlds. This is augmented by Indeemo's simple and thoughtful approach to data management and export - making the transfer of material simple and ensuring it is easy to work with as we continue to mine the wealth of material generated.

There was nothing that we disliked. The platform integrated easily with our working practices as researchers and we gained valuable insights. For us, this was a learning curve too, but one where we felt supported every step of the way! We are keen to use Indeemo again and are particularly interested in the extensions that are on the horizon in terms of AI-supported analysis. These are likely to enrich and liberate further insights, helping make the platform even more powerful and of interest to researchers.

Enabling us to view how consumers use and respond to BNPL within their lives. Helpful to understand why some are able to use unregulated short-term credit in a positive manner and others seem to struggle and even fall could of it, leading to issues with debt.

There are many positives to using Indeemo. The biggest for me is that the platform itself is intuitive and the different types of data collection tools are exceptional (audio, text, photos, screenshots and images).

Moreover, the customer service and support is brilliant throughout.

Analysis outside of the platform is a little difficult. Best to finish analysis and reporting while the platform is still live...

It's giving a reel snapshot of real life

Easy to use and great support, visual tools are reallyt useful to bring research to life. Adds a new dimension that classic groups or depths would not reach

Increased analysis functionality required but I think AI is already on board to fix this next time we use Indeemo

Bringing greater depth on insight into consumer behaviour, allowing consumers to reveal more about their behaviours than in classic research metholodogies. And brings presentations to life for clients

1) It revolutionised the way I can work, enabled me to capture the lived experiences of teachers easily, enables you to understand their experiences without having to be present in the research field.

2) Before this I would have had to gather maybe diary entries and videos in different formats and save them to my computer which would not have been in a user friendly format,

3)Indeemo provides an organised way to gather all this information as soon as the participants upload it.

4) It is a great format so you can see the data, look for trends and key themes.

5) The new AI function will take research to a new level. I spent 3 days reading through my data gathering a basic understanding of what the data was showing, with the new function I could do this with minutes and produce a much more detailed summary, identify themes and have it in a format that was easily understood.

6) It would take months to get to this point of data analysis.

7) I know some academics will be scared of AI but I see it as a way to begin your research steps ahead so that your finishing point will be steps ahead of what you would have achieved. Just like the invention of the computer or the calculator, you wouldn't just go back to not using a computer.

8) It gives you a higher entry point so you can progress further and go beyond what is possible before. 9)The new function enables you to get the answers quickly before the data is outdated so it can make an impact sooner, helps you understand the data quickly so you can start doing something with it.

It has become very addictive! Especially the new AI function. The function has allowed me to jump ahead in my research which has meant I can get to an even more exciting level of analysis.

I am completing research to gather the experiences of new teachers as they enter the profession. This is to identify how we can support trainee teachers and new teachers better.

Everything is very efficent and esay to use in terms of setting up. Also easy for the respondent to use once they've downloaded the app.

Lots of instructions via email for every process which is usefull but its a lot. I would prefer one email or instruction package with all this information in that you can refer to.

They are very quick to respodent to emails which make its easier. The whole team are great to work with. Very efficent and easy to use platform.

Its easy to download the video's and photos at the end of a projects which is another good point.

It's easy for participants to use, there are great ways to facilitate analysis and the team go above and beyond to help.

Occasionally participants had tech troubles getting on, but I'm not sure if this was down to the app itself.

Indeemo heleped us in being closer to a potential customer. Our client was able to get a direkt link to their customers and was able to find out where their product needs improvement and how customers would use their product.

Indeemo allows us to be with consumers in the moments that matter without inadvertently influencing their behavior by staring at them in person. Let's not kid ourselves - there is nothing *realistic* about a small group of corporate types watching someone make a meal in their kitchen or tagging along as they are shopping at the store!

A skilled moderator trained in conducting mobile ethnography mitigates any potential downsides. A clear, concise guide with "just right" question length is key to eliciting the intended responses and resulting insights. Active moderation is needed to probe for clarifications. These are the same skills required for effective in-person qualitative research, so not necessarily downsides unique to mobile ethnography or Indeemo.

Indeemo efficiently reaches consumers across the country (and the globe), reducing time and travel. This virtual platform provides a more representative view of attitudes and behaviors that have traditionally been market-specific as a result of in-person research. Indeemo also provides greater access. We can go anywhere consumers can go with a mobile phone, giving us access to places and experiences that have traditionally been off-limits (corporate offices, schools, vehicles, and even bathrooms!)

First and foremost, the support was excellent. The video capture and editing features were top-notch as well!

There was little to dislike here. I wish there was a collage feature for images submitted by participants, but we just used screenshots.

Conducting remote research with geographically distant participants has always been a challenge. It was made worse during COVID. Indeemo allowed us to capture rich feedback from research participants.
