"Best Brand Protection software in the Market"
What do you like best about Incopro?

Incopro helped in protecting our brand by identifying counterfeit products through robust on ground market research. We were able to scale our revenues from mid-200 K to 310K in one year after implementation. The deployment was easy and the manuals/videos were much helpful for troubleshooting. Also it helped in revamping our E commerce strategies and limited our digital footprint only to useful places. Thanks, Incopro for multiple benefits.

What do you dislike about Incopro?

Training manuals could have been expanded to include various edge cases apart from the regular ones.Chat bot and quick customer reach could have been enabled. Otherwise no issues foreseen in reaching them, taking demo and implementing the software in 3 months including test run phase and UAT phase.

What problems is Incopro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incopro is helping us with channel checks, and robust IP protection through secondary intelligence & surveillance, their strategies based on on-ground marketing insights have helped immensely in boosting our subscriber base. we have redefined our market positioning and revamped the full image database for two of the product lines inside. Their report on brand protection and maturity which includes the latest trends is quite helpful.

"Impressive brand protection services"
What do you like best about Incopro?

They seem to find more brand infringements than other brand protection services we'd previously used.

What do you dislike about Incopro?

Being US-based, it can be a struggle to schedule with the UK-based Incopro team, as my mornings are already packed with global meetings.

What problems is Incopro solving and how is that benefiting you?

My product is one that is very prone to piracy; they are doing a great job identifying and resolving the worst offenders.

"The Online IP & Brand Protection and Combating Software - Incorpo"
What do you like best about Incopro?

I like the most about Incorpo is that this software company had provided the services for protecting the properties, to be precise, intellectual properties of the brands to make them able to withstand themselves in this internet filled with security threats.

All of the related services make it easier and more reliable to combat all types of infringements and maintain a brand's reputation.

What do you dislike about Incopro?

Particularly I didn't find anything which I don't like about using the services provided by Incorpo. But the interface and engagement could have been better.

Sometimes, the investigation procedures are not streamlined and it causes a sense of deformation using the service.

What problems is Incopro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Incorpo is solving one of the major problems in this connected world, which is of online and offline damages to a business data and properties to help them maintain their reputation and image.

It helps the owners by incorporating designs, procedures and intelligences to combat the damages caused to businesses.

"Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about Incopro?

Complete visibility of all channels, actionable reporting, analytics and tracking suite

What do you dislike about Incopro?

I believe they have been very aggressive in reporting companies/sellers when it is not required; this impacts the lives of those working in small enterprises.

What problems is Incopro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helped me regain online control of my brand, allowing me to protect my brand online. It's a data-driven brand protection software.

Sickening
Disgusting behaviour falsely accusing small business of IP infringements. Nothing but untrustworthy scammers.

I was selling an official bag in ebay…
I was selling an official bag in ebay (the bag is no longer in use and so I sell it and the money will go to charity). Suddenly I received the email that the item has been removed. huh? And without the exact reason that what Incopro has been report.

The original idea of Incopro is to protect the owner right. But what it sounds like very unreliable.

On the other hand, i think ebay (in my case) or etsy (in other people case) are not helpful to the individuals or small business.

Horrible digital scammers hunt small businesses and wrongly report them
I would like to give minus but there is no such thing! Horrible horrible’so-called’ company!! Now they claim they are corporates with another horrible company, Corseach!! They claim, they are acting behalf of big companies, in my case MGM studios, (about Wednesday to show inspired crochet pattern, I even don’t claim it’s original, it’s just an inspiration crocheted by me) Etsy removed my listing and wrote to me a legal action mail about infringement!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I don’t know how to reach to those big companies if they are working with these scammers!

Sent 4 IP infringement cases to Etsy…
Sent 4 IP infringement cases to Etsy and had us closed down. Not just my store but my husbands leaving us with no income. The infringements are all false, picked up by AI, by robots and not looked at it seems by a single human who would instantly be able to tell these are mistakes. This company is runining peoples lives and they DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL! telephone number of 020 39221230 never in use, just rings until it says london recpetion is not available. I have sent over 10 emails to them and heard absolutly nothing.

Absolute SCAM.
"$117BNWORTH OF LISTINGS REMOVED IN 2020"^^Cut copied and pasted from your website ^^How much of that figure was generated by shutting small business' because your AI technology is flawed?Think twice before you employ Incopro. My entire Instagram page which amassed quite a following over the year that we've been open has been removed due to a copyright infringement. Incopro stated I had an infringement of VAN CLEEF ARPEL (a 4 leaf clover jewellery item) for a classic twist band ring similar to a wedding band. The result of their useless AI technology and a shoddy business model you wonder? 1.) There is no human checking the items their technology pulls 2.) There is also no human to talk to, losing a huge part of my hard earned organic following, sales, website traffic and loss of earnings. Incopro only pursue small business 2000-3000 followers. So incopro... How about big branded sites E.G true vintage? Who actually sell counterfeit jewellery goods? Oh wait you wont touch a business with 500,000+ followers. I CANNOT wait to see you pick on a company who's got enough money behind them to sue the living day lights out of you. Its coming. I can't wait to see it. Ps. I'm ticking the box where this will be emailed directly to you, if a human actually reads it rather than one of your automated robots I'd absolutely love a response including a detailed explanation of how your AI technology failed you once again by the look of these reviews. Cant wait to hear from you. Pps. Don't bother if it's automated

This company is heading for some…
This company is heading for some serious law suits by the sound of other reviews. They reported content I was selling, which then made my website to remove it. So my solicitor can not see what they are exactly trying to say I’ve infringed on. I’ve reached out to them 8x and not heard one thing back. My solicitor also has tried to call them but they don’t seem to having a working landline?! I find this company really strange considering the power they have for removing anything they think is infringement but at the same time they hold no professional attributes what so ever. It seems like they rely on AI for everything and the people working behind the screen have no clue what’s going on. Judging by there staff reviews, it just looks like a call centre with an over turn of employers each month.
