I like that submitting expenses are simplified and that some fields are pre-populated thus making the overall experience quick.

Nothing so far! The platform is easy to use and I noticed small improvements have been made over the years.

We are often busy and riddled with back to back tasks/meetings. IncentFit allows me to be able to only set aside minimal time, due to its simple UI, to submit by expenses.

I like that it is easy to see how much of my company's incentive plan I've used and what documents are pending for review.

The main landing page is a bit busy, but I still appreciate being able to see all the information laid out.

Finding "which category" my submission falls under is sometimes a bit difficult, but nothing I can't figure out.

I appreciate that I worry less about spending the money on a gym membership because I can see I'm getting some of that back!

Easy and intuitive way to expense and track wellness costs. UI is very simple and aesthetic - easy to follow. Makes it very easy to simply hop on and expense items or receipts.

Helps employees get fitter and healthier by having an easy way to expense. Going to the gym and working out in general is already tough as it is, but having an easy way to get those costs back without a hassle definitely helps improve the experience.

I love that I can get reimbursed for fitness classes and equipment.

I am able to submit receipts for fitness activities and get reimbursed.

It manages that your employees are staying fit and this helps confirm that as it has them check into the location and stay for a certain amount of time. There is also an app which allows for this management to happen.

Many employees can feel micromanaged while using this and feel that them having a gym membership should be good enough and they should not have to check in their times in order to receive company benefits. They should remove the time limit.

This allows for most to want to be healthy as we give a full reimbursement. Also makes your feel more awake as you are taking away from the gym.

I love that it integrates with my apple watch so that I can track my fitness and get rewarded. I also love that it has different gyms where users can get discounts and you can search based on your location. Overall, it makes it eaiser to obtain your health goals - especially since you can see that you are earning money based on what you do.

The only downside is that it does not automatically transfer your fitness information from apple health. I have to go into the app and select update usage, then it transfers over. It also does not always pick up on gyms and admins have to approve certain gyms before you can get credit for what you do.

I would recommend every company use it. It is an incentive for employees to get more active. We also use it for competitions and do 5ks as a team which also promotes employee bonding outside of the office.

It gives our team goals and we can do competitions - encourages a healthy lifestyle.
