I run an email marketing agency. New favorite tool.
I run an email marketing agency that serves small—to enterprise-level clients. We often onboard clients who come to us with deliverability issues stemming from poor domain reputation. We typically follow an "organic" protocol for repairing domain rep, but this time around, we decided to give InboxAlly a try for that "supercharged" fix. They did not disappoint. Shubhneet was instrumental in helping us repair a BAD domain reputation to HIGH in roughly 6 weeks. He worked with us diligently to ensure we got the job done and was always there to provide support and advice when needed. I highly recommend trying InboxAlly and will continue to bring them business after this experience. Thanks guys.

The software is OK, the team is shady
The software is OK. Not best-in-class, but OK - and the price is pretty good. But they charged me for months while I couldn't log into my inbox, not honoring my Chat requests to cancel the account. When I finally did log in and saw I was charged $60 while not using the software and unable to log in, they refused to give me a refund. Not a nice experience
