What do you like best about imToken?

I like how easily you can switch between the networks that your wallet is connected to. Jumping from ETH TO BSC to Polygon is made super easy with the Imtoken wallet. It also supports over 2 doze chains. Highly versatile.

What do you dislike about imToken?

Occasionally I encounter issues when attempting to connect via walletconnect protocol. It usually works but there have been times where it fails to connect for some reason. Also the touch ID seems to always disable itself.

What problems is imToken solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have a wallet with a built in web3 browser which is rare anymore because apple has been forcing the other wallet providers (trust wallet) to remove the browser or risk getting delisted from the app store.

"ImToken Wallet: simplified network transitions."

What do you like best about imToken?

ImToken is great for beginners or advanced users. They have pre-installed all of the main custom RPC networks such as BSC, Polygon, Gnosis, Fantom, and others so changing your wallet from network to network is just a simple selection from a drop down menus. Super convenient.

What do you dislike about imToken?

The wallet is developed in China and it is very often noticeable in the language. Frequent spelling and grammar errors as well as occasional issues with clarity of the communications. It could be alarming for some users to see this but for me it's just a bit unprofessional in its appearance.

What problems is imToken solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use ImToken wallet for some hot wallet transfers. These include ETH, BNB, LTC, BTC, HT, MATIC, FTM among several others. The transition function while moving from network to network is much simpler on ImToken in comparison to many others.

Do not fall for their manipulation

Cannot and should not be relied upon for investment. Lies and manipulation was all the did on us.Was stranded by them for a while as I could not access capital. Had to aske against con co.m 4 rest itution

It takes you to these illegal third-party website where these so-called employee Hannah Zhou guide you to go to a crypto farm that is fake. There is no security on this website at all to protect, its clients they stole the funds from an 88 year old grandmother and imtoken assisted them in making this happen. There’s no security on their site at all to protect the investors. Imtoken along with crypto farm are scammers

Leadtech Customer Service who owns…

Leadtech Customer Service who owns FX5.me locked my account when I tried to withdraw and send USD to my imToken wallet. So my complaint is with Leadtech saying their Risk Analysis want me to pay to prove my wallets are legal !?!

Hello, due to the abnormality of your source of funds, the platform risk control system has been triggered, and the regulatory authorities need to conduct risk investigation and judgment on your source of funds. You need to pay 30% of your total assets for verification to determine whether most of your funds come from normal sources and whether they are involved in illegal transactions.

I rejected this direction and asked them to do a timely verification and unfreeze my account with $200k USD funds or so in it.
