This platform has taken what was once an extremely time-consuming and frustrating process and completely removed the headache. Their support team is incredible and the platform checks all the boxes that we need it to.

The learning curve of Improvado is a bit steep but their support team is great to work with in implemeting all of the initial data connections to your warehouse.

The metrics within some dimensions in certain datasets can have labels that are a bit unclear. Here and there you may have to do a little back-and-forth to ensure you're getting the exact metric you want. This is more the exception than the rule.

They are a solution to connect to most advertising platform and provide a multitude of metrics from these platforms
Automated reporting that allows us to push marketing metrics to a number of different databases while allowing us to aggregate within our BI tool Looker. This gives us the opportunity to analyze marketing data with all other client data being ingested.

Very little downsides, each dashboard you create can take a bit of time to configure but not that bad.
