What do you like best about Impraise?

It's great that peers can request your feedback, as this is important for both promotions and compensation conversations. I've never had a system that allowed for this.

What do you dislike about Impraise?

None. I used it for feedback of 4 different people and had no issues

What problems is Impraise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have bi-annual reviews and this made it easy. There were custom fields for areas of feedback.

What do you like best about Impraise?

The mobile app for me is the best part of the product. I really like how simple it is to give praises, tips, write private notes and ask for feedback. I also love your ability to interact with specific feedback on the platform!

What do you dislike about Impraise?

They have a very good slack integration that helps drive adoption and usage of people. I know they are working on more and I think integration into other platforms would be really good additions to the platform. It’s not a major concern for us, more a nice to have.

Recommendations to others considering Impraise:

You will not be disappointed.

What problems is Impraise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We want to get the most our of our organizations talent and collective performance. We have seen people accelerate in their performance and development due to the received feedback. We have created a true culture of sharing knowledge and helping each other improve which has elevating our entire company performance while at the same time our people actually enjoy the experience which sadly is rare to find.

What do you like best?

The options to organise events regarding the Performance cycle, or feedback events for peers / managers. It works so easy, and intuitive, so you don't have to handover a manual to the users.

And Impraise really helps to evolve towards a better feedback culture.

What do you like best about Impraise?

I love that it's so easy and fun to give and request meaningful feedback at any time. You can easily take your phone, open the app after a meeting or a presentation and directly request feedback from your peers. In real-time. No need to wait for performance reviews once or twice a year.

Feedback super simple, intuitive and finally useful as it's continuous and instant.

What do you dislike about Impraise?

I miss that there is no Blackberry support. But they have a great web app, too. So you can do it from your laptop.

This is the future of HR. Finally!!

Try it now and you will love it, too!

What problems is Impraise solving and how is that benefiting you?

On-going, immediate feedback all year long. No need to conduct performance reviews everyone hates. More accurate date. Great visualization and analytics in real-time.

If you conduct feedback only once or twice a year, people don't remember what has happened 6 months ago. No you have a ongoing solution everyone likes. Impressive higher adoption rate.

What do you like best about Impraise?

Taking notes, writing down feedback in the moment. We also do our sprints through the tool, which is great! Everyone provides feedback throughout the sprint, and then at the end the platform tells us the review has come to an end, and we review the feedback. Constantly iterating on how we can put our best foot forward! Great product!

What do you dislike about Impraise?

I can honestly say that at this stage, we don't have any major complaints. We get the odd bug here and there, but which software company doesn't. We know Impraise is working hard to iron out all the kinks, and the speed at which they update the product is amazing

Impraise has really helped us create an work culture where people provide feedback regularly. Prior to Impraise, we didn't have anything in place that facilitated those conversations

What do you like best about Impraise?

As a manager, the app reminds me about the last time provided feedback to one of my team members. It keeps me in the loop with feedback, making sure each one of my team knows and understands how they’re doing or where they may need some direction or guidance

What do you dislike about Impraise?

At the moment its hard to say, I haven’t seen anything wrong with the product so far. The customer success team is great, and they’re always ready to answer any questions I might have

What do you like best about Impraise?

You can easily get comments and tips on how to improve yourself als a colleague and/or manager. Easier than saying it during a meeting or face to face

What do you dislike about Impraise?

The tool is pretty complete. If there is something, it could be in dutch instead of English

What problems is Impraise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without impraise almost no feedback was given, so as a employee you would not really know how to improve. Normally you will only get comments from your manager, but now with impraise you can also ask for feedback of direct colleagues or from other departments.

Now it is a easy, low-threshold tool to give feedback and comment. So now you do have feedback and you can improve.

What do you like best about Impraise?

The different types of feedback and reviews, since also feedback comes in different ways and flavours.

Sometimes you want to give a colleague a pat on the shoulder, give him/her a tip how he/she can improve his/her next presentation or give constructive feedback about a certain situation.

Because of Impraise we have now integrated the 360 feedback concept at our company. We couldn't go back, it became part of our feedback culture. Ironically enough we noticed that people are also giving each other more feedback offline as a result of using the app.

What do you dislike about Impraise?

I wish that we could also invite clients and 3rd partier to give our Sales Reps, Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants and Support Agents feedback using Impraise. One tool were all feedback is stored, both internally as externally if applicable.

What problems is Impraise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Several times a year we ask employees to review themselves, peers and their manager. Those insights are extremely useful for managers during the development check-ins and to help employees with setting their performance goals. We can link their performance review directly with their goals for next quarter.

We are also using Impraise to measure the overall happiness of the company. Just ask a few simple questions on a frequent basis to measure the current state of our employees.
