The convenience and ease of use. Honestly, enter some data, and begin the process. The App is menu-driven and easy to navigate. Uploads are a simple "button-push".

Indoor photos, especially spins, can be underexposed.

Impel creates time. Website maintenance is a collateral duty that absorbed most of my time. I formerly spent hours editing photos before uploading them to the website. Now, Impel does all that for me, allowing me to concentrate on my primary responsibilities.

Extremely easy to use. The software makes it almost foolproof to complete photographs for the vehicles on the lot. It is also fantastic that all you have to do is hit the upload button, and the rest is completely automated.

Occasionally the camera for the inside of the vehicle shots has to be reset along with the application. Overall this is not anything terrible, but it can be frustrating when you have reset multiple times with multiple vehicles to photograph.

If you plan on using SpinCar I highly recommend using a device that you do not have to use for personal use. Using an older device that you do not have to remove from the camera mount makes it very easy.

We are using SpinCar to take photos of the vehicles we are selling on our lot. The quality and style that SpinCar gives in not what one usually sees coming from an independent pre-owned car dealership. This puts us in a category all our own in our local market.

i really like the way pulsar works. i like that you can set up some procedures and functions and the software will answer the customers questions or direct them to a team member or a location on our website immediately. the software maintains contact with our customers and allows us to diligently follow up with them.

We were missing a couple of features in the beginning, for instance, if we marked the customer lost in our CRM, the software did not pick up on that, but that is fixed now.

Pulsar allows us to maintain contact with our customers, regardless if the customer is responding or not. The software helps us ensure customers don't fall thru the cracks. People would tend to stop contacting the customer because the customer did not respond. The software continues long after people would give up.

Prompt and personalized customer care at every interaction. The product offers a great light-touch approach prior to our sales folks engaging and working with clients. Performance reps are friendly and helpful in gettings things lined up between the businesses.

Backend customization is still in development. Time zone difference can be a bit of a hindrance but they are overwhelmingly available during our business hours for meetings.

We are able to contact our customers and engage at a much higher rate than before. Plenty of customers would fall through the cracks before but now we are able to retain contact at a much higher rate. We are now able to work with a larger lead load without shedding clients.

We had constant problems with consistency and quality. SpinCar solved both. In the digital age, customers visit countless websites vs. dealerships. SpinCar allows our customers to shop more thoroughly from home. We utilize their retargeting capabilities as well. The support team is hyper responsive and follows up on issues. Best bang for your buck in the automotive picture world.

No real issues. I wish when you turned on a new feature within SpinCar that is retroactively applied to our entire inventory.

By far the best product for the money.

The amount of time the dealership can save taking photos with the system is astonishing! The retargetting is so in depth that it is VIN specific and can even focus in on what features the consumer was most interested in and use that data to entice them to revisit the site. The retargetting alone has accounted for 1/3 of my VDP views on my new & used inventory!

The only issues I have had in the past have been resolved by the support department efficiently! When the app needs fixing or ads need changed, they will work tirelessly to get it done the way I want.

Just the time you can save on photographing your inventory is worth the cost. The amount of traffic you will bring in with the retargetting also makes it well worth the budget allocation!

Spincar has made my customer's shopping experience a truly unique one. The detailed hot spots as well as the 360 view both inside and out, give a realistic look at the vehicle and has helped a lot with getting customers onto the lot . The retargetting system is above all else I've used previously. The amount of data Spincar can collect from my customers to then use to bring them back to the VDP via multiple channels is amazing.

The ability to shoot 3D interiors and interactive exterior spins.

There are a lot of kinks to be worked out, and our photographers really prefer to use their professional cameras over an iPhone.

More interactive and engaging shots of our vehicles.

The built in user experience analytics were very insightful and allowed us to optimize the initiative into a successful one.

The features were a bit limiting, but worked well.

Customize your campaign and utilize all of the available modifications that they have to offer.

Spincar provides a solution for a lack of rich media assets that shoppers are most engaged with. We realized how modular these new assets truely were once we had them available to us.

I like the idea and concept of the product. Takes images of the vehicles and turns into a 360 model view. Great idea to leverage pictures into a better experience.

The cons I have came from the sales process. I met the SpinCar guys at a Digital Dealer conference, did the demo with them, and then never heard back. Had several dealerships interested, but could never get a hold of the guy I spoke to at the show.
