The ad banners are the best, I've realized that my audience is very visual. Impact has great banners that catch the attention of my audience.

I enjoy the easy and intuitive interface. I can find what I need just selecting easily the right menu.

You have to be persistent with affiliate marketing to enjoy this platform. At the same time you have to choose the correct niche so that you can manage to drive traffic to your offers and not be disapointed easily from the results. The platform is easy to navigate but will take some time to become familiar to a new user.

What I dislike is that some brand doesn't accept proposal and it's very difficult to make your earnings

It's being helpful for getting good brand to work and impact gives you the Best. They don't fake but the main reason is that brand are not accepting proposal

the professionalism of the platform and the traiking tools available, as well as the large number of companies ans products to promote

currently, i'm focusing on the positive point that the platform offers and thebest ways to use them

it helps to provide easy access to compagnies and product and immediately start working as commission marketer without the need for direct contact compagnies, its also considred as a guarantee for both parties.

I love that Impact is user friendly, it's seamless to navigate and it's straight to the point with reaching out to brands to partner with.

It's not really a dislike but just a new platform to get used to because in the beginning it felt overwhelming and a little challenging to navigate as a first time user.

It's solving the guess work out of brands that are open to collaborating with influencers like myself and those brands are straight forward with letting me know if they are open to collaborating or not on the spot.

Impact dashboard is so simple and easy to use to launch your merchants on it and they give us full access and team support so we can't face any difficultiy to launch new products with them. It's the best thng with Impact network.

Maybe everything is so simple in Impact the thing to dislike is you may face difficulties in inviting affiliate partners to your launched programs on their marketplace.

Impact solves our problem of getting high quality affiliates in US region by providing easy to access to their traffic by inviting them on our programs through their newsletter. We don't have to reach them individually as most of the best affiliate accounts is available on Impact. Our all merchants are profitable on Impact.

There is no word to describe them. Because impact.com is one of the best platforms in the world. It's my own opinion. I think impact.com is better than best then ClickBank or other networks. You are the best impact.

if I talk about their problem-solving strengths then I think it will be more less than their problem-solving skills. I appreciate that. They are very helpful.

Impact can not update & send affiliate marketer to latest promo codes, coupons, & links. Impact don't avoide old links ! So sometimes affiliate found "this link could not available or error !"

And Shopify & Click Bank cheating ( loot ) people that they have many paid plan to attack affiliate marketers & customers but they don't work so good ! Their main aim is to earn money ! I'm tried of paid plain ! So i suggest Impact to make a genuine market platform where affiliate marketers can put their links and widgets for growth ! And you can charge only 2 dollars a month or no win no fee basic plan !

You have to make a unique platform like Click Bank but no win no fee basic ! It is important for a good affiliate marketer !

One of the things I like best about Impact.com is the live chat help assistance. I've used the live chat help feature many times, everyone I've spoken with was extremely helpful and always so friendly, patient, and professional! If they didn't know the answer to my question they would submit a ticket and circle back to me with assitance via email.

Also, we have had two CSMs Rand Dibb and Giana Moon. Our current CSM is Giana Moon. They both are so friendly and extremely helpful! The hour long calls we have each week are a great benefit to me and my team. We always have a lot of needs and they both have been so patient and helpful!

Also, being able to have one on one calls with someone from the tech team is great when we need additional help.

The Marketplace feature is a HUGE selling point and great feature, one of the things that I like best about Impact.

We've had some issues with reporting. I'm not able to see all of the reports that are prepopulated on the left under the Reports section. Which is kind of annoying and for some reason unable to be fixed.

My manager pulls reports weekly, but needs to pull by specfic dates and there is no option to pull by date, only by day of the week. We had a call with the IT team about figuring out how to do that and unfortunately it can't be done.

We've had some issues with the ads section. For some reason the ads don't always save in the group that they have been tagged in. We also are unable to remove a group from the ads section. If we have a group we no longer need there's no way to delete it.

Our CSM is always helping us solve many problems and technical needs we require. We have many programs on Impact and constantly growing and require a lot of IT assistance.
