What do you like best about iMocha?
High Quality assessment questions, robust platform and highly supportive team. Any query gets answered in few mins and the CSM is just a call away. We run assessments almost daily at odd hrs and during weekends, have never had any blockers. We also onboard users on the platform which is easy to use. Platform and experience has been seamless.

The reporting and analytics feature can be further enhanced for admins

What do you like best about iMocha?
Sonal walked us through all the updates on iMOCHA and provides valuable support in all the user guides we requested. She is diligent and proactive in answering our questions. For the platform, video proctoring is helpful and the ability to upload questions.
What do you dislike about iMocha?
The WFP Philippines team cannot use the platform simultaneously. If one logs on while someone is using it, that person gets logged off/kicked out of the system.
