I use imBee for customer relationship management, especially in handling requests from different sales channels, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Line and WeChat. 

The software helped me a lot in speeding up the ticket resolution process. In the past, it took me at least 3 hours on average in the morning to send out similar greeting messages to customers on various platforms. Now, with the quick reply (FAQ) and chatbot functions, it only takes me around 30 minutes.

And it does not only increase my productivity, but also my sales performance. All people in the retail & e-commerce industry should know: customer satisfaction is the key. Therefore, when I could answer their questions better, they are more likely to purchase from me. 

My favourite feature would still be multi-login and internal team inbox. I just recruited a few sales. I'm always worried about their customer service quality due to insufficient training time. With imBee, I am now able to check their conversations with customers given the permission granting system. Also, I could assign chats to them and leave comments to remind them of the customers' situations. 

All in all, this is a software that I use on a daily basis and find really helpful. I hope everyone in the retail and e-commerce industry can know it! It's gonna be your life-saver!
