I like the features it offers that would be too complicated for me to achieve on my own, such as embedding a video into your website so it's the first thing that plays when someone logs on!
I dislike the appearance of their site. Even though they offer help, tutorials, and support to make things simple, the site looks boring and the fonts make it look outdated and like it will be difficult to navigate.
