Illumine has completely changed the way parents can stay involved in their kid's life while also having the time to go about their day-to-day tasks. I love the fact that all the information about my kid - from his meal intakes, his activities at the preschool, to his nap and potty times is all at my disposal no matter where I am. Weblink and our kids are all grown up! As a parent, we want to ensure we are nurturing every moment for our child. With Illumine's assessment tracker, I am now able to monitor my child's growth every milestone of the way, which enables me to help him through both his weak and strong points.

I wish they had an option for downloading all the pictures in one go. Apart from that, everything works just fine for me.

Being a first time mom, the thought of leaving the most important thing in my life with complete strangers to care for my child was super stressful. Was he happy? Is he eating? Did he have a good/bad day? The Illumine app relieves all these questions for me. I love that all this information can be updated to me by the teachers. My favorite bit is when the daycare sends photos of activities and games they are playing and even videos! I love being able to see his face throughout the day. This is a fantastic platform. Thank you.

To be honest - I do not have any problems with this app. I feel comfortable using it. Its over whelming at times but in a good way. Would highly recommend to use Illumine!

Overall I love the real-time, comprehensiveness of the app. It’s a huge improvement over the paper sheets that daycares were using previously. The fact that I can have a direct interaction with the daycare is just amazing. Solves most of my doubts/problems with just few clicks.

This app has made it easy for me to monitor on a regular and continuous basis about my child's activities. The ease of use and the ability to interact with the childcare via this app too is great.

Too many notifications and no option to turn those off or to customize the notifications I am interested in.

This App is a fantastic tool that has increased the quality of care provided to children. The ability for teachers to document progress throughout the day gives us great insight into a child's day. That information can then be shared with parents, whether they are at work or just running errands. The messaging feature also allows for parents to receive quick updates from their children's teachers in between scheduled meetings. This feature allows administrators and teachers to communicate quickly and regularly so that everyone involved is on the same page with using this technology.

I love Illumine! It allows me to stay in touch with my daughter's school life . The app is easy to use and is pleasing to the eyes. I do not need to keep following up with the teachers about whether he has taken medicine or ate his food.

The app sends push notifications along with pictures of her food, nap, and potty updates.

Off late, we have been using for my child's remote learning and video classes.

They are constantly adding new features and making updates using feedback from users.

There tech support is always friendly and helpful!

I love the ability the software has the ability to communicate with the staff and the photos and information on this app which help me understand the value of the preschool and the efforts put by the teachers to design everyday course material and assessing the growth of my child

The lesson plans sometimes don't sort automatically. I had raised it to their support, and they said they would fix it in the next release

I love the support team. They are extremely responsive. I am able to receive lessons and attend even the video classes from their app and web platform. The teachers quickly respond to my queries. My child loves it when teachers award starts to her assignments

Too many notifications at times. They should allow parents to configure which notifications they want to receive.

I am able to track and continue my childs growth which I was worried will get impacted due to the pandemic

Unlike other softwares, Illumine has a great team that will assist you in getting up and running in no time. No need for intensive training before you can use Illumine.

It has made it possible for me to go totally paperless. Made it easier for the teachers and parents to communicate more frequently and freely.
