All the tools of the interface are incredible, simple to use and very comfortable, they are for all the actions you need to do. What do you like best about IGAssistant?

Very efficient in increasing my brand visibility on Instagram and mining potential customers. It automated all the Instagram activities. It helps you save your time and focus on other things in your business. Identifying your target audience is the only thing you should do to make the most of it. The panel is user-friendly and it is improving day by day. Another thing I like about them is their customer services, always helpful and available.

What do you dislike about IGAssistant?

The like action sometimes gets blocked by Instagram. But fortunately, this is something which is solved by assigning a proxy. I contacted the support team and they provided me with a free proxy.

Recommendations to others considering IGAssistant:

Just learn how to use it, know your target audience and find them, then you are ok.

What problems is IGAssistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since Instagram has a big share on the market, I used IGAssistant services to promote my business on Instagram. Their growth plan helped me to gain lots of followers with a 10% conversion rate to customers, which is great. Using their Auto DM service enabled me to engage with my new followers more and more, so suddenly there were always people who were inquiring me about my products which led to more sales.

A scam

It's a scam. The bot doesn't work and the support don't reply my emails. I just opened a dispute in paypal to recover my money.
