How I don’t need to be connected to the internet to use software, very useful when travelling around

I love the ability to edit and create your forms exactly the way you want.

I feel the layout could be updated. On mobile, it seems as if you should work on a computer.

Clients are able to fill out a form prior to his/her session. This benefits the client by reducing time spent filling out paperwork, and benefits me by allowing me to read up on client history before the session.

iFormBuilder is a complete software with different tools to automate your business, the collection and all its features make it very easy to work with. The first incentive I started using was the ability to add the service offline.

No problem, usually your team is there to attend to any problem and at any time, I doubt that at some point something will change my mind.

They are always updating, not once have I had a problem with their mobile applications, compared to other software in their category I can say that this is the most complete with which I have worked, which has given me a very good integration.

I love that this app has so many features you can use, is super clean in its looks, and is very easy to use with a great support system from the company!

Nothing, everything in this system is perfect.

I highly recommend trying this product out with their free trial. Their system offers online tours which may it very easy to learn all the features the product offers- there are alot!

As a nonprofit, their are many valuable insights we can get from surveys that are vital to us doing well as an organization. This app allows us to do that in an even better way because these forms can be seen on a smart phone and not just a website or a general email.

This application offers a very simple data structure that can be adapted to any user that needs to use it, it also offers good capabilities when it is not connected to the internet, the general support with this application has been excellent.

The price is a little high and is oversaturated with options to compensate for its value that allows each worker to deviate in the learning curve that requires using it.

Large number of functions to customize according to the needs of the user. We improved all that in our company, working offline was our best tool.

me disgusta la baja calidad de audio ya que aveces tengo que repetir hasta 4o5 veces la misma oracion por eso me disgusta y tambien que tiene muchas actualizaciones

Excelente programa usenlo para que aprovechen un programa fantastico, su calidad y seguridad es lo mejor podemos decir que es de lo mejor, al intalarlo le digo que no lo dejaran de usar

estan resolviendo el tema del audio cada vez con sus actualizaciones mejora mas el servicio y la calidad del programa y puedo realizar mis video llamada sin problema alguno ya que con esta ventaja de que resuelven sus fallas su calidad aumenta cada dia mas muchas gracias

I love the control panel feature of this software, it is very straightforward and easy to use. By having guides online made it even more easier to use and before you know it assigning forms to other people has not been easier. The ability to construct and dispatch forms without having to physically hand over or post forms is the future. The amount of money saved and tutorials/support available are the reasons why I like IFormBuilder.

The pricing is quite on the dear side, however with the demo version it does make sense at why the price is a bit high, the quality does indeed compensate.

Highly recommend this software, look at the guides available on YouTube or on the website itself. The control panel is the best I have ever used and it is definitely headed in the right direction.

Solving tickets immediately, having responses completed faster than receiving them back in paper or by post. Furthermore, everyone that has used it has many benefits/advantages as opposed to negatives. Push notification feature is helping us remind people which form has to be completed when.

I like the control panel feature, this allows to manage work forms, create orders and send them to those on your team. As my title says the availability and accessibility for this software is great! Android and Apple users worldwide can use this platform, also with push notifications enabled on each device would mean for those workers who are working from home or having to travel for work can easily access the form through their mobile phone and fill it out if it is important and urgent.

Also, I have noticed that connectivity is not necessary, as the program allows users to store the filled out applications locally and once they are connected to a network they can upload their forms.

The one thing I do dislike is the availability for Mac, this may restrict some companies who have Mac computers in their office. Although this did not effect me by much.

The control panel feature is very good! Be sure to give this software a go as mobile accessibility to forms is the future, as everyone either has an Apple or Android device. Also cost effective on paper saving!

Solving accessibility and being able to fill out applications from those who are not at work on the day. Benefit of working from home, multi-tasking and doing it from anywhere.

I love that the software allows for image and audio recording, offline data collection and GPS (just to name a few). Iform builder is also widely available on both andorid and Iphone which means that everyone who does have a phone will most likely be able to use this software! The training provided, can be over the phone, in person or over the internet via tutorials. This is very good as it allowed those who were not familiar with this software the basics.

I do tend to find the price very expensive, so we did not go through with it. Also as a product that looks quite complicated, those who are not experienced will have trouble using the form builder.

Be sure to give the free trial a go, it may be the solution your company is in search of!

Mobility and efficiency in the workplace, being able to immediately send forms and be readily available on Windows/Mac and iphones/androids. Able to be more flexible with our staff and other people as we know they can access the form at anytime and just fill it out.

Awesome that you can download the survey in your device.
