Great CRM, very flexible, good integration capabilities, and terrific support!

PROS: iCRM is very flexible in terms of its reporting capabilities and user interfaces. It also allows for integration with Quickbooks and MailChimp.

CONS: The Sales Manager overview/summaries could be improved.

Excellent CRM

PROS: Extremely configurable and integrated with my email and QuickBooks. Also, the vendor set it up for me and it is now set up exactly how I want it. Also, the native Mac app is great.

CONS: Amazon Alexa integration could be better.

Cost effective CRM with a lot of functions

What do you like best about iEnterprise CRM?

IEnterprise CRM has the benefit of allowing better central management of interactions with customers. It increases productivity by allowing identification of promising sales leads and quick sifting of data. It is also very affordable.

What do you dislike about iEnterprise CRM?

IEnterprise CRM does not have any major drawbacks. Better integration with some other platforms would be desirable.

What problems is iEnterprise CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use this program to manage CRM, including accounts, contacts, pipeline, issue tracking, campaigns, workflow and reporting. It is a good replacement for traditional CRM.
