Is complicated to understand pricing plans.

We need to verify employee's identity before employment. This tool is very useful when employment contract is made remotely.

The best part of Idenfy is the fact that we could customize our mobile integration to be tailored with our own UX/UI.

iDenfy solves for us the complaint part where all our users have to be verified and pass AML in order to participate in special launchpad projects or trade NFTs in a fully complaint way between other customers that also passed the KYC.

Appreciate the work that iDenfy is doing for us. Started the partnership a year ago which we hope will last for more than that.

The setup itself was very straighforward and well documented. We've also received very swift support whenever we had any question. But the best part about iDenfy is their user interface, all of our teams that use it to review and analyze data had only words of praise for it.

Several AML feature parts weren't fully clear and could have been better documented (what additional data could we provide), but we got all the answers from their lovely support team.

Our platform has a fairly unique userbase with several groups that need different AML approaches. We needed a solution that could cover both one time scans, daily monitoring and provide detailed insights for our finance team. iDenfy provided it all, plus an easy set-up to get things rolling as soon as possible. We now have a proper monitoring system set up and whenever we stumble upon something we don't know or understand, iDenfy's support team is fast to react.

There isn’t much to dislike about iDenfy. We’ve been long-term users of the system which has worked smoothly, however you’d likely need some technical capabilities to integrate quickly. The only issue we ran into long ago was the unavailability of KYB at the time. iDenfy does have that today however.

The main benefit was a good understanding of blockchain technology and great integration support. We did not expect such a strong technical understanding & guidance. The team quickly understood our product and suggested the best UX/UI. The API covered our workflow and we've decided to go with iFrame integration.

The pricing (paying only per approved verification) saves us around 60% on a monthly basis, so far.

To be honest, we haven't faced delays or integration issues. API integration and connection to our dApp occurred within expected time ranges - 1~2 weeks.

The fast verification process there is a lot of useful data about the verification which helps with fraud prevention. Darius is always available for questions and assists us with any kind of issues which we experience. The pricing is fair.
