The setup itself was very straighforward and well documented. We've also received very swift support whenever we had any question. But the best part about iDenfy is their user interface, all of our teams that use it to review and analyze data had only words of praise for it.
Several AML feature parts weren't fully clear and could have been better documented (what additional data could we provide), but we got all the answers from their lovely support team.

There isn’t much to dislike about iDenfy. We’ve been long-term users of the system which has worked smoothly, however you’d likely need some technical capabilities to integrate quickly. The only issue we ran into long ago was the unavailability of KYB at the time. iDenfy does have that today however.
