I like how Safety Suite can produce risk scores for our drivers to show us who is exhibiting concerning behaviors as well as hold all of their documentation as well.
Like any other product, some improvements can be made but I do not believe there are any downsides to using Safety Suite. Sometimes it takes longer than we like for tickets to be resolved.
We are able to keep track of all our collision and equipment damages in one system as well as being able to label them as preventable and non-preventable.
Idelic Safety Suite is an excellent product. It is helpful to have data from various sources pulled together in one program which in turn allows our company to get a holistic view of our drivers. We utilize the Idelic system to manage our driver qualification files, vehicle and injury claims management, driver watch list scores help us engage in driver coaching before a major event occurs, FMCSA enforcement and so many more great features.
The best feature of Idelic is their people and culture. This is truly a dynamic, growth oriented company. They engage with their customers to hear ideas that will make the product more robust going forward.
The program is awesome. Therefore nothing to dislike. This company is proactive and is continuously evolving to meet customer demands.
Safety Suite is an excellent product with great people supporting the product.
Safety Suite helps us better manage all the data in one place. Data is pulled in from our Hour of Service software, our camera systems, FMCA Roadside Inspections, and various other sources. In addition, we are entering claims data and other safety-related data in the system. The Safety Suite AI analyzes this data and then scores it to help us work with our drivers to teach and develop safer behaviors or correct unsafe behaviors possibly preventing a future incident.
Idelic service highlights the risk in your system and gives you the tools to affect positive improvement. The Idelic staff is first class and always available to help with training or concerns.

The platform brings together multiple software that we use daily into one dashboard. It provides a tool that we can use at a quick glance to review driver performance.
Our company has multiple unique divisions, and we have to customize the platform to meet all 4 for their needs. It has taken a lot of time to get the data in Idelic before we can get used out of it.
We are still in the process of getting the full use at a terminal level. The biggest benefit is the compiling of data into 1 space. With more internal training, managers and supervisors will be at to utilize the platform to its full potential.

Being corrected with the Idelic team but... a broader understanding of the Canadian regulatory environment for driver compliance is needed. work in progress.

Problems - Importing of Canadian data and structuring data hierarchy for "divisions" within a company. Still in launch phase.

Integration with our TL2000 product is still in a semi-working state. Not an Idelic issue explicitly though.
