Very intuitively and easy to implement. The design and flexible to handle multiple projects simultaneously. We are very satisfied with the setup / easy to navigate and use.

Help / assistance is both fast and effective incl training if this is required wheter you write or approach the help desk, either by email or via the chat screen i have been assisted immediately.

The size (1GB) is too small and given the price paid this should be much higher.

Test it out via a trial and set up a call with a representative. They are fast to act and very helpful and the trial period very decent.

Very easy to share data, restrict and/or follow the usage provides a good understanding for the stakeholders and to access their interest in a project.

The VDR is very easy to use and flexible

Encrypting excel files is always is not possible if you want to share the doc with third parties

Having a trusted service provider for third parties with a user friendly and easy to use interface with very little restrictions

The product evaluation demo and onboarding process were excellent.

The user doc access setting could be made per individual rather than per group?

Could have used alpha-numeric document references.

The 'download encryped' xlsx is a bit clunky, but as much a Microsoft issue as iDeals.

iDeals made it ease to have mulitple parties interact with legal documents. Our account executive is exteremly responisve and very helpful in navigating use and features. The customer support team is exteremly fast and their chat option is great.

We are able to send out links to individuals to access documents. We are benefited because we can see reports of who has viewed the dataroom and who hasn't so we can follow up with those people

It was very easy to use; within 20-30 minutes of logging in, I felt very comfortable doing most things I neeeded to do.

Their customer success team also did a great job getting us set up and trained.

Welcome email customizations have to be done every time for every project. I wish there was a way to customize all welcome emails for all projects at the same time.

I found the platform easy to use and intuitive. When I asked support questions from the chatbot, they were answered correctly.

I have seen heavy watermarking on other platforms, which I have not seen here. (I am a data provider here and data viewer on other platforms.)

Managing the DD process and PMO activities with users

The granular tracking of data access was by far the best feature. I could basically see every single detail regarding who acessed what and at what time. Further, the Q&A functionality was very effective and provided a grat way to keep track of inquiries.

The downside is the cost. Our organisation carries out document disclosure that requires a VDR about twice a year. The cost benefit makes it a hard sell to maintain our subscription.

We use iDeals for secure document sharing. It was a highly effective platform to do that.
