Very easy to use with embedded analytics and AI. The reporting is very seamless and impressive what the solution can do straight out of the box. Will recommend to everyone.

The UI can seem a little dated at times. It could use an upgrade to the latest WCAG standards. It would also be great to see more pre packaged integrations with Ariba

The project teams that I have worked with have gone above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, on time, and on budget. I have been very pleased with the tool. My users as a whole have also appreciated the search features and the ability to setup deviation approvals. Very pleased with the technology and the people.

The contract authoring features and the search features to the Icertis tool suite really allow the various stakeholders to fully take advantage of the tool suite. Whether you are on the procurement team, legal team or commercial management team you will be able to search for key risk issues and deliverables. We are looking forward to seeing the impact of the AI features for vendor contract reviews.

The software is very helpful in finding and reporting on key attributes in the legacy contracts. Once the information is in the system, you will no longer have to do large "contract review" sessions to find out what was agreed to previously. You can just run a report on the areas that are concerning.

The contract approval processes can get way too granular if you are not careful. There can be a number of loops and approvals that are required if stakeholders are not willing to delegate approval authority during the negotiation process. Additionally the email communications in the tool are quite chatty especially if you leave all of them on.

The downsides of the Icertis tool is that as it stands it does not fix broken processes in the contract review and approval process. And if the implementation team does not get the authority to improve the processes. Icertis will just replicate broken and inefficient processes.

We have first used Icertis as a searchable and functional repository for the legacy contracts that we have agreed to in the past. We have been able to search and find numerous different contracts especially if they had previously been filed or named incorrectly. We have also used Icertis a lot to ensure that our current contracts were valid and that we did not mis renewal terms or contract expiry dates.

The best feature that we saw in the ICM is as follows: 1st: Clause comparison/Deviation, currently in Philippines most of Legal department reviews the whole contract manually thus it takes too long to review and can affect the end-user's SLA to publish the contract to the vendor. 2nd Readily contract template, since templates has already been reviewed and finalized by the Legal this fasten the processing on authoring a contract. 3rd is Version control/QR code, in a manual contract mostly all signatories needs to put their initials per page in order to secure authenticity thus it is also additional work for the signatories but with the ICertis help it each contract document has its own QR code and can be check thru phone with this the signatories safely signed in the last page of the contract.

It is our first time purchasing a contract management system, We still don't know the downside of the system since what we experience is that the ICertis Contract Management Software is flexible and can accommodate all our needs.

Mostly problems that has been solve by ICetris is as follows:

1. Setting up Standard Contract Template, In our company our legal team is compose of 10-15 lawyers, 3 out of 15 lawyers can received the same contract agreement for their review thus having different versions of the templates.

2. Clause Library/ Clause Deviation , With the help of Icertis Contract Management System this help our lawyers to know which clauses has been deviated and helps them to review the contract easily.

3. Audit Trail, if you are the end user you also need to know where did your request go, what is the progress, who has the current contract. This audit trail helps us to check the history and changes made in the contract.

4. Version Control , QR code help us to identify if the contract is authentic.

5. Organization Structure, Icertis also helps us to properly organize the structure for our contract by segregating them per process/BU's.

6. Setting up the Vendor's obligation, this help us to monitor if the vendor is complying with its requirements once contract has been executives. Also it helps us to see the completion milestone.

Having someone Customer Support like Ninad who is there to assist with whatever the customer needs.

The lack of customization that can be done to support different customers. The amount of signature issues that occur with adobe.

Nothing to tell at the moment for dislike. Once we deployed the icm and golive we will have clear idea for this.

The main benefits that we expect from the implementation are to ensure effective followup of all contracts of the bank through a system and to gather them under a single roof via an accessible and portable system

It is a holistic solution which is very imperative for an any-scale organization. It ensures that the lifecycle of all types of contracts is streamlined and managed in a best-structured manner.

I would quote here my personal encounter with ICM and the asks that would have been cherry on top for me. First, though Icertis supports multi-languages, limited to geographies outside India. Support for regional languages would have been an added advantage. Secondly, an effective OCR capability built it would have been very useful.

It is certainly the best of the lost. However, the pricey amongst all.

We are just in the project kick-off stage and have not gone far on this bit.
