What I like best about IceHrm is that it is very easy to set up and use. IceHrm provides a wide range of modules to manage your company. I like the leave management and timesheet management modules a lot in the software. IceHrm also has an open-source version which makes it very easy to create your own custom modules if you wish to or you can modify the existing modules.

What I dislike about IceHrm is that the documentation about the API and certain other modules is poor. There are not many details mentioned, which makes it a bit difficult to use. Also, the backend in the open-source project is difficult to understand and modify.

I would recommend IceHrm to people looking for good HR Software that covers all the modules required for your company. It is a good value for money product. It has so many useful features and is very easy to set up.

This software is definitely user friendly but if you're an aggressive user and looking for tiny details and want each and every feature, I would suggest you to look more into the searching for the right fit.

It is tough for me to find a thing as a disadvantage of the IceHrm tool; sometimes, the portal gets slow. I'm unsure whether it's because of heavy traffic or a slow network connection.
