What I like the most about IDoneThis is:
*I can send personalized emails to my team members, with specific or particular task about some of our products.
*Keep our remote team and different areas of the company in sync.
*Is very user-friendly and the interface is fast, which makes the experience even better.
*It's a very simple platform and we can send email reminders to the members.
*The To-do-list and complete task is very helpful because keep us aware on the tasks that we need to finish, and the tasks that are already done.
*The UI is very minimalist. Allow us to be productive with the task of the day.
The plans of the software could be a little expensive for some people, which makes it not accessible for everyone. Apart of that, the sofware is very helpful, it only brough us benefits instead of any problems, I just love it!
I recommend this software to the people which really needs to get their work in order, and do just in time all their tasks, without missing something! It really help you to improve your work and makes it more efficient, it really worths it!
There is a lot of benefits that IDoneThis has brough to us, as a company who works with products, we constantly need to be working with all of them and doing a lot of specific tasks for each. Because of that sometimes we have A LOT of things and work to make, that we forget to do some of them and in consequence sometimes we don't reach our goals with a product. So when we incorporate this software, it literally improve our performance, here we can manage a lot of products at the same time so we can dedicate time and effort to each one in specific what allows us to develop them in time. And also allow us to keep aware on what is the team doing and allow them to work with products individually without any problem, we can also track our own progress, as well as everyone elses.
I think IDoneThis is the best task manager on the market, it has simple but effectives tools that helps me to be more organize and to keep everything under control. I like very much how I can put everything down, every single thing that I have to do or develop and be constantly aware of all the tasks I need to finish. As I can visualize the list, I can priorize and have a workflow very fluid. It almost feel like a friend kindly reminded you what you need to do. I can schedule any event and don't miss a single thing because this software keeps me updated always. I can see the results of the organization IDoneThis has put in my life. I really appreciate the e-mail that it's send by the end of the day asking you how productive were you respect to your tasks, I think is a great way to see the improvement and how much you do on the day.
Nothing I dislike, seriously, it's simple but I don't see why it needs to be complicated.
I would recommend IDoneThis just because everyone that has a lot to take care of needs someone or something that helps them to be organize and not to be overwhelm of work, and IDoneThis is the best way you can progress in your work, tasks and projects one by one.
I am a forgetful person and when working in a company there are things that can be overlooked as others are given priority. I felt that I worked very hard but never finished, there was always something to do and it was exhausting, something like a vicious circle. When involving IDoneThis in my work and personal life, as well as in the company, I and the poeple who started using them saw how effective it was. I realized that the organization is essential in a company and that I would never finish doing work because I did not put everything in order. So IDoneThis has benefited me and my company, as we work with food delivery, we are now more puntual and more organize, the distribution of the orders are a lot more in order, so nobody miss their meal. Nothing is left out, everything is calculated and scheduled in exact time, it gives us much more peace of mind when developing new projects and we are much more responsable and organized, teamwork is not a problem anymore and we all have more free time.
Super simple interface, very intuitive and easy to use.
At this point, I don't dislike anything. In fairness, I haven't really beat it up yet. However, I have very simple needs and it's working for me.
This guy is really simple. It is little more than a glorified To-Do list. But it does that one thing really, really well. I've tried a LOT of to-do lists and so far, this is my favorite.
I have suffered from a nagging sense that I am not productive enough. This little app fits me perfectly. I track everything I have done, and it helps me to realize I am getting a lot more done than I realized. Beyond that, it also doubles as a "to be done" list. But because its focused on what's BEEN DONE rather than what is still UNDONE, it gives me some nice neuro-chemical feedback that I need.

The iDoneThis web application isn’t too pretty. The design is basic and feels very bootstrap. It is effective in it’s purpose. But sometimes feels like it lacks in features such as linking to documents etc.
At my company, we've found ourselves asking ‘What did we do before iDoneThis?’. The tool allows you to be kept in the know about what your entire team is working on and and what they have accomplished. It’s difficult keeping track of what everyone is (or is not) getting done. Especially as your business grows. The app helps track your own progress, as well as everyone else’s. So you’ll never been in the dark again.
I really like this software because it keeps us abreast of the tasks to be done, always focused on the objectives we want to achieve, so we can meet the delivery times.
Thanks to the free version, we were able to easily adapt to this system since we were able to test all its functions, and at the end of time, we could invest in acquiring this program.
This system also has a system of notification of tasks for each team member, where it warns what needs to be done, and the progress of it, also for me it is vital the administration tasks for my team.
I like this system because I can visualize the list of things to do and thus establish the order of priorities in order to have a very fluid system. It also allows me to schedule any event without losing any details.
For the moment I can say that with 3 years using this system I have not got anything that I do not like, this is really a blessing.
I really recommend this system a lot because it allows you to use and at the same time take care of all the resources of your company, from the organization time to the inventory and something that I love is that it prevents you from getting overwhelmed with the work to be done.

The minimalistic UI is great. It helps me be productive with my various tasks for the day. Often I have projects in my to-do lists - but I done this helps e break it down into smaller portions and take them down one by one. The daily reports are very neat, just enough metrics to be productive.
