Before we where not able to find out if actual visit are happening or not but with hypertrack we get the route with time and geofence location which shows the field time entered the geofence

Small, fast, lightweight SDK, minimal battery usage, next to zero cpu usage, supports newest android / ios builds. We also like the fact that HyperTrack is cloud based, removing the requirements for large backend systems for location data management.

The scaling pricing model for all the extra value-added features could be cheaper. The pricing is very reasonable for most organizations. The fact that the history of some data is limited to a given time frame is not ideal, as most clients would be willing to pay more money for an extended retention period.

We are micro-managing the activities of our professional fleet of courier and transportation truck drivers. Daily reporting, activity tracking, stop times, idle times, and route planning are all assisted by HT in our enviroment.

Hypertrack is easy to use (for my devs) and has all the features we need to offer our customers location-aware services (like ETA) and for internal use (i.e. tracking of employees).

We don't dislike anything. Kashyap and his team have built a fantastic product, we can't think of using anythign other than hypertrack in our SaaS business. Amazing work.

heypertrack lets us offer location-aware functionality to our customers without having to build location services. they've done the hard work and packaged it into neat code we can just plug and play.

The accuracy that it provides, its feature, and its usage are remarkable. It makes the best use of AI to provide a competitive edge over other players in the market. It allows us to track the live location of our delivery executives with utmost accuracy, which helps us reduce frauds that delivery executives commit. The interface is very user-friendly and is easily accessible by the grounds staff. It gives a lot of other information other than tracking like average distance traveled by delivery executives, mobile brand and model, distance traveled by bike, distance traveled on foot.

Sometimes times there are bugs that hinder the live operations. Also, the tracking stops if the application with which it integrates kills or GPS turns off. Reporting and then fixing those issues take a lot of time which impacts the daily operations.

It is a great product, and I highly recommend it.

We are trying to track the live location and trajectory of our delivery executives. It helps us to calculate their fuel payout and also allows us to perform root cause analysis of complaints registered by customers. It will enable us to track the live location of our delivery executives with utmost accuracy, which helps us reduce frauds that delivery executives commit. It also gives us data of how many delivery executives have traveled on the bike, how much they have walked, which in turn helps us to calculate the accurate distance traveled for their fuel payout.

I like it, they have ready-made codes in open source, in addition to the facility it provides to create any urban mobility app.

Fast, simple, and practical.

I think it's a little expensive, charging per user I don't like very much.

As the Operations Manager, my major concern is the location where the employee boards or alights the cab, the time when the cab reaches the employee's location to pick them, to bring to the client's office, the time when the cab reaches the client's office location and departs that location to drop the employees. Due to the geofencing of the employees' pickup, and drop locations and geofencing of the clients' office locations, the exact time when the cabs reach these locations is recorded, thereby saving our operations the penalties that the client levies. Any deviation in the location where the employee boards or alights is highlighted due to Hypertrack.

There is nothing that we have come across yet.
