We have worked with numerous platforms over time and regularly explore new tools as they emerge, but there is nothing comparable when it comes to account analytics. The 'Hype Reports' are state-of-the-art and provide us with a significant edge when communicating with customers. In particular, the 'Quality Score' has proven to be highly reliable over time, offering an accurate reflection of what to expect from influencers in terms of performance. For us, it serves as a guideline for deciding who to accept on our platform and in our community.

Additionally, we make use of Hypeauditor's API, a benefit that very few analytics platforms offer to this extent. The API integrates easily and allows us to personalize influencer profile pages and add value to visitors without providing them with full analytics. It serves as an excellent teaser and lead generator.

At times, we've encountered issues with the API not updating data and generating reports reliably. Additionally, the process of how credits are deducted or expire isn't always transparent. We suggest improving these aspects for a smoother experience. Furthermore, we would appreciate the addition of team management or multiple user options for better collaboration and efficiency.

Even though I find the influencer discovery helpful, there are a lot of brands on there. I personally would find it more helpful if there was a brand/ influencer setting to section these out.

I have been working in social media for almost 10 years and HypeAuditor is the most intuitive influencer discovery and analytics platform I've ever used. I love the logic behind all of its functions which lets me know they understand the ins and outs of working with influencers and the reporting required after. What also sets them apart is their incredibly helpful, generous, and knowledgable team of experts. They are lovely to work with and extremely professional.

There are certain limitations for reports and listening. However, most of it is due to API limitations from the platforms themselves. I'm glad that the team explains these limitations clearly and help any way they can. Many functions are continiously being updated and I'm sure the tool will only improve over time.

Finding the right influencers is extremely hard as well as being able to predict and calculate ROI. The tool helps with both of these key issues which takes a very long time to do manually. As someone in a busy agency, we often do not have the luxury of time.
