Easy to use, good collaboration with support, great suggestions for campaign improvement. We use it every day and all of this means a lot to us. There are lot of features we like - great templates, possibility of creating videos and materials for other channels etc. It is easy to use and we adopted it very quickly thanks to Hucnh onboarding team.

Some technical things could be improved i.e. search campaigns and ad sets, possibility to change exact ad set without reseting choice.

Possibility to export many designs, dynamic ads, creating catalog sales ads, automated campaigns, easy to navigate (much more than Meta), background removal for images, etc.

Not being able to change product set in active campaign in real time and having to wait for catalog to sync. It doesnt have the option for optimizing the campaign so you have to do it on Meta after creating ads.
