What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is a powerful product, with a design-first approach and an outstanding customer support team. I love that my team feels comfortable using it and it very user friendly.

Managing time off is now a breeze. It's easy to find each employee's information.

The onboarding workflows are great to welcome new employees.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

Honestly, there is nothing bad for now, I am just impatient for them to grow faster and deliver even more exciting features! I know they have a bold vision and I can't wait to see how powerful this tool becomes.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Humaans allows me (leading the Culture & People team) to have full visibility & access to the most important details regarding my colleagues, all in one place, within a few clicks.

It also helps us manage our team's time off easily.

The workflows allow us to create memorable onboarding experiences in only a few clicks.

What do you like best about Humaans?

The Humaans team have been great at assisting my pain points around reporting and connectivity.

They always listen to customer feedback and are extremely proactive in identifying solutions

What do you dislike about Humaans?

Humaans have some great products in the HRIS, but may not always suit smaller organisations that don't have a reliance on reporting.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Humaans gave us a place to have all our HR data in one, while allowing us to add custom dimensions for data points that are uniquely ours

What do you like best about Humaans?

I love the fact the tool does one thing, really really well and facilitates you to integrate the rest of your stack into the platform! We've managed to automate payroll, contract uploads, recruitment and more since launching the platform. Saving us hundreds of operational hours year on year.

My favourite features are the workflows, we manage all our people ops through these from Preboarding through to Offboarding. Basically, we have a workflow for everything! It's helped us codify and simplify all of our people processes.

The reporting is intuitive and simple, and the dashboards are brilliant for monthly reporting. Auto pay-gap reporting is a gamechanger!

What do you dislike about Humaans?

There's a couple of wishlist items, like the flexibility to have multiple approvers for holiday but honestly the team at Humaans have been super reactive to requests we've made and helped us find solutions.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Humaans we had lots of manual processes and different tools that didn't speak to each other. Humaans is now sitting very centrally feeding into our agency-management platform, our payroll software, our ATS, our e-sig tool... the list goes on! It's saved us so much time through these integrations and automations.

The Tables function is impressive, and means bulk changes or updates become super simple with this feature. Again, saving a big volume of operational time. Love it!

What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is simple to use, no-nonsense and supports all of the integrations I want from an HRIS. They don't over-complicate things or spread themselves too thinly - they make interacting with our employee data incredibly easy, whether that is getting employees to use the self service feature or making updates as an admin. Pulling data for reports, or using their insights feature is really straightforward and does everything I want it to do. For more complex things or different uses of the data, they support a number of integrations with other great tools which makes our People tech ecosystem seamless. On top of that, their customer support team has been incredibly helpful, from setup all the way to answering the smallest of questions I have from day-to-day use extremely quickly, they are a joy to work with.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

They are a newer platform, so some features you might like to see don't exist yet or are in development, although in my experience these have all been small things like certain field types or views for company events. That said, they seem to work on new features extremely quickly and are always open to feature requests.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Humaans delivers a core HR system for People Data management which is really easy to use. Our team can keep their own details up to date easily, and as an admin I can quickly interact with the data, making changes or pulling reports. The "workflows" feature allows the management and automation of repetetive HR tasks which need to be completed carefully every time, without missing any steps. This feature makes it easy to engage a number of stakeholders on the delivery of projects like this - e.g. onboarding a new employee.

What do you like best about Humaans?

The user interface is great, very modern and intuitive system which is easy to use and integrates well with other technologies.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

Not a dislike but there are other functionalities which you would have to pay for which look great. Obviously we would look to add on in future when we can.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having one place for all our employee personal information and managing time away, which helps us to coordinate and plan for projects and people analytics too.

What do you like best about Humaans?

The simplicity. It looks simple, it is simple and the functionality is super easy to learn.

Too many HRIS try to sell all-in-one everything, for the most part they fail as they are complex, with Humaans, you ignore the not-so-important stuff and focus on what is important, whilst having lots of room for customisation.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

Maybe a bit UK focussed at times. For example, tge "people leaving" module. It's excellent for perm contracts but for people on temporary contracts that will most likely be extended; those people can't book their holidays for the future as it assumes they won't be there.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Saving time across the whole employee life cycle

- Not dropping the ball due to reminders

- Easy to store info

Humaans is so intuitive and easy to use. The user experience is clean and the insights and reportig function is world class.

What do you dislike about Humaans?

Workflow fuctionality would be better if it linked directly to gmail, e.g. being able to push email templates directly from workflows.

It's our HR source of truth with world class integrations with all software we use.

What do you like best about Humaans?

Does exactly the job and HR system needs to, serving as a single source of truth for employee data, customisable, easily bulk-editable and doesn't try to be something it's not (e.g. force performance management or survey functionality in there).

What do you dislike about Humaans?

Humaans themselves are an early-stage company so some basic functionality is lacking that larger competitors like HiBob have (e.g. booked holidays syncing directly to individual employees' calendars).

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Central hub for people data, solid set of integrations to other tools that do other jobs better (like performance management).
