"The best piece of our marketing stack!"
What do you like best about Hull?

Hull enables to keep all of our data in sync without worrying about time-consuming api integrations and tools that don't work with each other. We can send and receive web-hooks, we can add custom code through the data processor and we can enrich all of our users profiles through Clearbit. Amazing!Also, through Clearbit we get access to the first, sign-up and last touch attribution data for any user so we can see exactly what is their path to conversion and through utm parameters we can attribute ROI to our marketing campaigns. This enables us to do a much better job in attribution.

What do you dislike about Hull?

Having a direct relationship with their product manager helps us because if they don't have a feature or if there is something to add, we can make sure it's on their roadmap! so nothing really to say here. I think there is a lot that can be added in terms of "codeless manipulation" and I believe the team at Hull is working very hard to make this happen!

Recommendations to others considering Hull:

If there is not a connector for the software you use, it's very easy to build one and the Hull.io team will help you with it!

What problems is Hull solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Hull we solve the problem of having all of our data in a single place and being able to push and pull our customers data through our stack. What this means is that no matter the tool we're using, we'll always have the most up to date information about our clients. This saves our sales, marketing and customer support team to look at the same and most accurate data to serve our clients as best as we can.

"A smart, much-needed product from a world class team"
What do you like best about Hull?

- Cut our implementation time for a big project in half

- Smartly architected - simple enough to be easy to implement, flexible enough to fit a variety of use cases.

- Very strong customer service - the team were always there to assist with questions.

What do you dislike about Hull?

- Onboarding & UX - the user interface could do a better job at communicating what the different parts of the product do, perhaps by incorporating inline tip cards or training videos. I found that we leaned on asking the team for advice at times when we could have self-served. I much prefer being able to self-serve as much as posisble.

What problems is Hull solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Engineer time spent doing data transforms between systems when it could be better spent building product.

- Reduces reliance on martech providers by reducing switching costs - allows us to try new services without creating lock in and sunk cost.

It's live syncing ability and easy ui to configure various connections.

I wish they had more integrations and supported users belonging to many companies.

I am connecting Segment, Hubspot, and Intercom together and sharing data between all of them.

What do you like best about Hull?

Hull works. It's been a part of our stack for a long time and I rarely have to think about it because it does it's job great.

What do you dislike about Hull?

Our price has increased as we have grown, which is reasonable, but I like that least.

Try it out, start with a project that you know you need help with and expand from there.

What problems is Hull solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our CRM and product usage data do not connect. Hull makes them work together and allows us transform data during that process.

What do you like best about Hull?

Easy to setup and sync data between Hubspot, Mailchimp and other tools we have used it with.

What do you dislike about Hull?

We tried using some of their more advanced website customer tracking and then doing ads to those but didn't have great results. I think Hull worked properly, we just didn't have the right criteria and ad strategies. Hopefully we will try it again, the ABM capabilities it could enable seemed really powerful.

What problems is Hull solving and how is that benefiting you?

We selected Hull to sync data from our SQL databases to Hubspot. This helps our sales and marketing teams have additional critical details to driving sales and marketing activities. Like knowing if a new trial customer has used a particular feature of our software yet, etc. Hull works perfectly for this and saves us a lot of trim trying to write our own code to sync this data.

What do you like best about Hull?

It makes our lives a lot easier when it comes to sales and marketing.

What do you dislike about Hull?

I wish they had templates or suggestions on how to get started. Took us some time to figure out on our own.

What problems is Hull solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hull.io combines all of our disparate data sources and allows us to have one source of truth. The main benefits for us: allows us to do automated account based marketing, personalization, laser targeted webinars and saves us a lot of time.

"A Painless Rip & Replace for Hubspot-Outreach.io Integration"
What do you like best about Hull?

We were previously using a competitor to integrate HubSpot-Outreach and needed to switch with short notice. We got up and running with Hull.io in a short amount of time with very few hiccups. The support/integration team was incredibly responsive, gave me support on understanding and modifying the integration, and we have more flexibility then we ever did before.

What do you dislike about Hull?

Would be nice to see the latency on synchronization increase a bit (at 5-10 minutes on average during low tide of updates) - but Hull.io was transparent and honest about sync times from the get go.

What problems is Hull solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Moving data seamlessly between HubSpot & Outreach.io

-Using the Account-Contact synchronization in logic from HubSpot in Outreach.io as well through the integration

-Push inbound leads to SDRs in real time for immediate follow-up

-Using HubSpot workflows to distribute and update leads in Outreach.io

We particularly like how Hull synchronizes data from our sql backend and matches it up to sync to HubSpot without us having to waste time writing custom integration.

Some features are a bit hidden but the Hull team is quick to respond and help us find what we need to get the job done.

We're spending less time on data management and integrations and more time focusing on what matters, the results of what the data is showing us.
