"The most effective virtual meeting management tool you will ever find!"
What do you like best?

Structured - yet Flexible

3rd Party Integrations

- Slack

- Chrome Gmail

Transparent Collaboration

- Hubspot CRM

- Task Management Applications

- Google Calendar

What do you dislike?

Initially, it was a bit difficult getting individuals outside our organization to cooperate but eventually, the Hugo Team created a series of fantastic video tutorials accessible right inside the Hugo.Team screen that helped with that challenge.

If there was one aspect, I'd like to see improvements on it is the distinction/switch between Agenda and Notes, but to be honest, I have no suggestions on how to improve the flow/user interface on that issue - just education (tutorials) I guess.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

1) Whether you use the tool with face-to-face teams or remote teams, the key is initial buy-in

2) Convincing through example is the most successful approach with clients, after unilaterally using Hugo.Team for two or three meetings clients invariably start wanting to join in the process

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a consultant, coach, and mentor delivering my services online for the past decade, one of the major time wasters was clients requesting meetings without adequately articulating what the agenda was to be! Hugo.Team turned this around 180 degrees! Today my clients expect to collaborate (via the Hugo.Team link in Google Calendar or directly to the Hugo.Team web page) on preparing a detailed agenda on what needs to be covered.

The other side of the coin is Follow-Up. Internally we use Hubspot CRM (and Hugo.Team's Hubspot integration makes attaching the agenda and notes to contact or company records with a mouse click!) At the very least, sharing the Hugo.Team Agenda-Notes ensures that both the client and our team have a shared record of issues discussed and Action Items agreed upon. By setting up a mutually agreed-upon project on a 3rd party task management platform (3rd party integration into Hugo.Team) Action Items become actual tasks assigned to individuals with due-dates and the ability to comment and discuss that automatically update all concerned when updated or completed.

In a word - the ability to foster clear concise collaboration between virtual parties to an online conference call has never been easier or more effective with Hugo.Team

Oh yes - my team "live" on Slack and G-Suite - Hugo.Team integrates seamlessly into both!

"Best Note-Taking App for Customer / Account Management "
What do you like best?

Ability to track notes at the meeting (Calendar invite) level and automatically classify notes by customer / account for easy searching and knowledge sharing across our Customer-facing team. Great for documenting internal and external meeting takeaways and allows you to easily draft agendas within the interface for upcoming meetings. Eliminates need to manage this across several different tools!

What do you dislike?

Only downside as of now is that I wish when I sent out final notes the sender of the notes could appear to be my domain and not come from 'Hugo' - believe this is in the product roadmap already!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If standardizing notes across your internal team (especially those that are customer facing), this is the tool for you.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our Customer Success Managers have 20-30 customer accounts each and we all use different organizational tools (Todoist, Evernote, etc.), while we use Salesforce as our CRM. Hugo allows us to input customer notes into one system and integrate into others. For example, you can take notes directly about a customer meeting and share as a Salesforce note as well. This will be hugely helpful if / when we need to transition customer accounts and really allows our Customer Success leadership to easily keep a pulse on customer meetings we're having and key takeaways
