HuddleIQ makes meetings easier by helping the user stay on track, work more efficiently, and smoothly use our favorite tools. It boosts our productivity and saves us from dealing with too much paperwork.
HuddleIQ could be better if it allowed us to make our meeting plans more customized.
HuddleIQ makes meetings better by helping us organize what we need to talk about and automatically reminding us about what we should do afterward.
Highly flexible tool with lots of options. Have only just started using it, but have found it very useful for planning and discussing strategies with others during video conference calls.
The interface can feel a bit clunky at first and some of the templates are poorly formatted, requiring more adjusting than you would expect from a template. Ended up starting a board from scratch as this proved easier than using some of the templates.
HuddleIQ is helping us to easier brainstorm and create strategies within the team and with clients. Originally we were using a mind mapping tool, which was good, but found the extra versatility of a whiteboard to be quite helpful
HuddleIQ makes collaboration easy by having no limits on the number of boards you create or guests you invite.
There are too many choices, which means a longer learning curve. Recently, HuddleIQ started providing more training by email, through pop-ups in the app and by adding more videos. That helps!
For some reason, there's an option to have video meetings within the app. If you're already using Zoom, Teams or Meet, why would you want to learn how to use another app? The HuddleIQ team could use their resources better by not duplicating tools we already use.
I was looking for a collaborative online whiteboard to use in video meetings. HuddleIQ allows that and much more. I still don't feel expert enough to invite guests because they may feel overwhelmed.
This software is not tied to any specific hardware platform, unlike another solution I have. I also really like that this software allows me to save whiteboards for later use so I can run my tutoring business efficiently by having separate projects for different students, separate boards for different subjects for each student, and the ability to save documents for later re-use.
My main complaints are minor nitpicks about the features and usability. I would like the ability to record my video since my students like having the ability to review my lessons for free. I would also take RTMP since I can record RTMP streams with other software. Usability is the hardest part because it assumes something more like an iPad with gesture control rather than an entry level Wacom tablet, but this feature could easily be improved in 15 minutes by adding numbers to each of the buttons. Having a code editor might also be nice, but the document viewer is good enough for my purposes.
Give them a shot if you do a lot of diagramming, especially things like mindmaps or brainstorming tables.
I bought HuddleIQ as a lifetime deal for less than an annual subscription to a popular video conferencing program. The best feature is the ability to save my boards indefinitely as I can create projects for students or have notes on a topic I can easily share with all my students.

I like this software because it allows me to save whiteboards for later use, having separate projects and different jobs so I have everything organized. I create a lot of Canvas, both in documentation and in Design Thinking presentations and in the creation of machine learning models. The tool makes it easy for me to create and update these Canvas.
Guest limitation, which in other tools the number of guests is greater or there is no limit. This can be an unfavorable factor in using this tool depending on the size of your audience.
It allows me to save whiteboards for later use, having separate projects and different jobs so I have everything organized. Ease of use in copying objects and placing post-it notes on top.
