As someone who frequently collaborates with team members and clients, I like work assignment and comment stream features, they greatly increase productivity and interest.

Ideagen Huddle works great under normal circumstances. The larger files have no preview available. This makes it hard to examine large files.

I have found Ideagen Huddle to be a useful and time-saving tool. We assign tasks and follow their progress with ease. Ideagen is an excellent resource for any organization.

We use Huddle as our Electronic Legal Data Rooms. In the past, the other solutions we used (which had included SharePoint Online) were difficult to administer, took a lot of time from both our legal admins and IT staff, and were difficult to troubleshoot when external clients had issues accessing the sites or data.

We switched to Huddle after a short trial. That was almost ten years ago, and we still use it for all cases.

The permissions model is not complex - it's super easy to understand, implement, and train to the legal staff to support their Data Rooms without constant IT involvement.

The legal staff loves this tool over the old ones we used because the external clients they have to support finds it intuitive and easy, lowering their required time to assist with issues. They also feel confident that people are only seeing the data they should see since the permission model makes it easy to understand and structure.

There really isn't anything I can say that I dislike about Ideagen Huddle. That being said, we have a single use case (although there are many Electronic Legal Data Rooms, that is the only use case).

NOTE - There are many features available which we do not use, as they do not pertain to our use case.

We use Ideagen Huddle as our standard for Electronic Legal Data Rooms. We distribute the relevant legal documents to people who need them without us having to send paper copies. This includes intervenors, external staff, and other groups requiring access in order have all information needed for a legal case.

Originally, we used to copy reams of information and ship them out to all parties who needed it. This cost tens of thousands of dollars, was very time consuming, and made it difficult for the people getting the documents to search for what they needed.

Huddle solves the problem by making it easy to share the documents, have different levels of access depending on the NDA they signed (the "Team" they're in within Huddle), and easily update additional documents as needed to their secure locations.

It's straightforward to navigate. It greatly contributed to helping me and my team organize our files.

I didn't experience any difficulty with the platform.

Having a repository of accessible files made it easier for me to find them faster.

The Huddle is easy to use and the support service is fast and ready to help.

Regarding the Ideagen Huddle I don't have anything to mention.

Ideagen Huddle solved the issues of where to store our documents and it was extremely useful for us because we had everything at one place.

One of my favourite things about Huddle is its user interface - it's easy to navigate. The platform has all the features for effective collaboration - from file sharing and task management to discussion forums and team calendars. And everything is accessible from anywhere, whether working from the office or home.

The documents take long to load sometimes

As a global organisation, we have a central place for sharing documents. They are accessible to everyone regardless of which continent one may be in.

Huddle is great for sharing documents among regular and adhoc teams of people. Its quick to add people and easy to administer. Integration is good.

We did not make good use of all the available tools. I'm sure it does more than we expolited.

We use huddle as a collaboration tool and secure shared workspace. We need single source of truth documents and clarity on which was the current live doc. The inbuilt version control did this with little effort.
