What do you like best about hubsell?

Usability, thoroughness and ease of pulling out contact information, ability to automate and scale out outreach. Customer support and Onboarding is great. Better than anything else I've used before.

What do you dislike about hubsell?

That it does not profile Facebook information too ;)

What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?

List building, cold outreach, scaling outreach cadence in my team, sifting through noise and getting signals when someone is ready to set up a meeting.

What do you like best about hubsell?

Great customer service.

The product is easy to use.

It has a good user interface.

Karan Sharma was absolutely fantastic at getting us on board. He was patient, polite and excellent at his job.

What do you dislike about hubsell?

It would be better if we could check the validity of email addresses before starting a campaign. We've been getting a lot of failed delivery emails. Could save time on both ends.

It also takes a while to update the numbers/stats on Hubsell for failed delivery emails sent to BCC.

What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently using Hubsell for our email campaigns.

Helps to gather contacts.

Also supports A/B version testing.

What do you like best about hubsell?

Leveraging on the year-long experience and success of the hubsell team.

Being able to combine LinkedIn activities and email sequences.

The overall support, both in person and via live chat functionality.

What do you dislike about hubsell?

The functionalities of the tool can be overwhelming at first as they offer vastly more options in managing email campaigns than competitive tools.

Overall the tool could work more intuitively as sometimes you just overlook the desired options.

Recommendations to others considering hubsell:

Hubsell does not only provide the technology but also the training to create, write and perform successful outbound campaigns.

What problems is hubsell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplifying the process of prospecting potential target accounts and personal contacts through automation of both research and synchronizing contacts with the tool. Planning and executing sophisticated sales campaigns.

"Great product, unparalled customer support"
What do you like best about hubsell?

The product is easy to use, cost-effective, and and yields quick results.

But the best part is undoubtedly the customer service; I'e used several cold email prospecting systems before but the Hubsell team goes above and beyond teaching, you not only how to use the product, but industry best practices and realistic game plans for your future success.

What do you dislike about hubsell?

Like all cold email services, there are limits on how much you can send before getting your email server flagged, but I suppose this is the nature of cold email. We never had any problems with hubsell though because the team was great at coaching us through how to avoid this

Recommendations to others considering hubsell:

leverage the customer success team and take their advice; they coach you through how to build sustainable long-term growth, even when it may sometimes appear that you are holding back while getting started

I am honestly very happy with it. The support is always very fast and excellent. They are also very flexible and try to accomodate every new request

Awesome lead generator
To be honest, you have to get used to the interface. However, Hubsell is able to help you target really specific target groups. It helps us to reach relevant contacts. The support of Hubsell is great, they are always quick in replying and help to set up mails. When a campaign is underperforming they help to change your campaign.

For us, the ideal mix is:
1. Hubsell to find & mail super relevant contacts
2. Reach out via LinkedIn
3. Reach out via phone

This works perfectly. Try it, you'll be satisfied!

This tool almost replaced me!
As a Sales Development Representative, Hubsell has helped me automate roughly 80% of my administrative tasks. As a result, lots of time was freed up to focus on the remaining 20% of the lead generation process, where a human really adds value. Also, the pace at which I learned the sales basics increased a lot and I could add much more value to my startup than before.

The tool itself is extremely powerful. There are a couple of design glitches here and there, but critical business data was never impacted. Lastly, I am very grateful for the open way in which I could always contact the founder of Hubsell to discuss feedback.
