The participants loved how interactive the platform was. As well, it was a very easy platform to use - from an organizer and participant perspective. The level of support was outstanding. From our CSM, Pranshu Pandey (who was amazing), to the 24 hour chat feature... it was top notch support!
The networking lounge did not offer "mass update" features - like changing the table size all at once. Also our participants felt that having the lounge be "searchable" or "sortable" would have helped. Also, the ability to add a little notice at the top of the lounge area (like a banner) with instructions to enable camera and mic - would have been helpful. With the rooms, having an "auto-record" feature would have been handy.
Give yourself a good month to set things up before your event. There are so many features and you want to give yourself time to make use of all of them! Great product, and great team!
"Zoom-fatigue" has been a real problem lately for everyone. The interactive quality of Hubilo really overcame this. We were worried our participants would not want to take part in ANOTHER online event, but this one was so different that they enthusiastically joined in. Having the site up a few days before the event helped build momentum. And having it up for a while following the event has also been fun for the participants (e.g. to check contest results, etc...).
Vijit Grover gave us the best support during our event.

It is user friendly, easy to customize, great user interface and an exceptional support team. Two events with Hubilo platform. Both of events hosted on the Hubilo platform were a resounding success. The platform's robust features, seamless event management capabilities, and interactive session options contributed to a dynamic and engaging experience for all participants. The platform was very innovative and allowed us to engage with many 100s of delegates across 37 countries. We have received glowing feedback about the ease of registration and access to sessions, as well as the connections that were made possible by the platform.
The customer Service is second to none, Deepanshi Rawat was incredibly supportive and helped me with every one of my questions and any challenges we hit.
A little bit tricky to run live tests of the various functions, but there were plenty of work arounds and training guides available to support.
A single product for content, registration and streaming - many problems and additional expences are board out of needing multiple platforms to perform all these tasks.
What I like the most about Hubilo is how effortless it is to navigate.
The registration with different prices could be optimized. We use another software that is called Evenium for all the registrations then we extract and add it to Hubilo. It takes a lot of time while if this is fixed it would work perfect for us.
Assisting with networking or reaching out to people who are unable to attend the event ensures that they do not miss out.
What I liked most about Hubilo was that there were no empty promises. Everything we were promised in the evaluation was later delivered. The customer support is exceptionally fast and implemented many small developments before our event. Furthermore, the support was connected to us via Whatsapp during our event and always helped us super fast when we were facing a problem.
There was nothing that we did not like at all. Of course there are still some small things that can be improved here and there (e.g. limitation of the maximum number of characters when answering Q&A questions), but I'm sure that these things will also be considered by the support and will change soon.
Hubilo collects all relevant data which is then synced into our Sales and Marketing CRM. This allows us and our sales department to make follow-up calls with (potential) customers. We know exactly who watched which session, who was attentive and who asked which question. Another great feature is that recordings are available immediately after the sessions and can be made available for other time zones without much effort. This was extremely important for our hybrid event zenonIZE.
I really liked how quickly their customer service reps contacted me for any issue. They also took all my suggestions very seriously and led to one or more improvements in their platform. Overall the platform was very easy to use for my event and had more features than we needed.
There are a few modifications that could be made to make the audience experience better.
