It's good enough as a communication software but at present there is so many advance softwares are available which have so many interesting and upgraded features. It's voice quality ia also not well.

There's little bit delay in audio, which I noticed it, when I used this for a month

The best thing that i liked is the ui it is refreshing and makes you liking the meetings and the feature of topics which brought a huge change in my company

On file tracking on older conversations it gets a little bit of slow means it takes more time than usual, in short it slows down my pc

Early i used to make a video confrence for discussions with my far team in germany where many times voice was not coming clear and voice get mixed up and if we do discussions with text than sometimes the older messages got deleted but with hubgets i'm satisfactory in getting my old messages

Honestly hubgets is a great software but with the time it's becomes stagnant. Sometimes the conversion history is deleted. Probably this is a configuration of my company, but I would like to store more information. It is so difficult because all of its features are very difficult and also difficult to use. It also doesn't have an option to download conversation to create a hard copy record. But this is very user friendly and also easy to use.

The only thing that I find tedious, but not negative is the registration process, since the page became slow and fell, additionally requests you location and processes to download the program on the p, which does not perform for security measures and not download a visrus on my pc.
