PROS: Clever and intuitive interface - the new feature releases shows they listen to their customers. Ease of use and to navigate when it comes to scheduling new projects and resources, and clever with bulk uploads. Being able to produce so many different report variables so quickly together with the Timesheets dashboard really ties everything together that we were looking for and more. Oh and also I personally really value the Custom Fields and Smart Groups features for scheduling when you have many diverse roles and locations. Plus they have released that they will have a direct inline integration to Basecamp which will be great instead of going through Zapier.
CONS: Would love to see more direct integrations instead of using Zapier also some SSO.

Easy to use and great visualization to make decisions on capacity planning fast.
Enourmous feature set might be overwhelming for non-powerusers. So it is key to setup processes and workflows for your team“s usage.
Enabling an easy capacity planning across multiple departments for us incl. vacation and availabilty planning. Eases the life of project managers and project teams.
I like the timesheets. At the organization, we are using mostly for timesheets. I like the fact that it is easy to navigate and is easy to use.

Timesheet easy to use. Easy to add new acitivites.
In timesheet some times i need to reset the row to as the empty notes (clicked by mistake) are not allowing for timesheet to be submitted.
It's more for the management. I just enter my time.
My company switched from AdClock to Hubplanner this year as our main timekeeping platform. For a small company, AdClock was sufficient but was not sustainable as our company grew.
I honestly found it very overwhelming to learn at first. Customer service was very helpful. After spending some time in the platform, it is much simpler to use than it looks. Everything is clearly labeled, and easy to use.
Using HubPlanner has streamlined so much for our company. The main reason that we switched to Hubplanner was for the timesheet aspect of it, but on top of that we are able to track Vacation and put in PTO requests. I love that everything is completely customizable. There are people at my company who work on one account and there are also people who work on 30 accounts. Love the facts that you're able to carry over settings from previous weeks when putting in timesheet - saves so much time!

Nothing in particular. It would be nice to have a better viewing setting for Tablets or Mobile Phones.
