We required a Hub that could help us connect and engage with all staff across all divisions and offices. Pancentric's hub did exactly that. It's functionalities and capabilities have helped us achieve our objectives. They provided invaluable technical support and offered functions that we didn't realise we needed until they suggested them. Their patience when faced with a myraid of questions proved invaluable, and their on hand support has meant that we launched our intranet and have seen engagement levels better than we forecasted.
We are very happy with our intranet. Perhaps a more insightful email platform that provided analytics for granular comms might be a useful addition.

The hub is very user friendly and visually pleasing. We use it as a Knowledge Hub and it is an integral part of knowledge sharing within our organisation. It helps us to connect and share information across a large number of departments and it is very easy to edit and create new content. I also like the reporting capabilities as they really help us to monitor and examine knowledge utilisation within the organisation. The hub support is always on hand if we need assistance with anything and always respond quickly.
The ability to copy and paste for some items would be beneficial, especially when working with tables. The formatting on the tables could also be improved as alignment can be an issue in some cases.

The Hub is a great way to bring teammates together, it's a great way to announce news and updates internally. The shoutout section is a lovely way to enable teammates to commend and thank one another for their hard work.

Multifunctional - can use it to book meeting rooms and parking, but can also easily access all other useful information. It's also really good for all the latest work news.
The Hub is clearly and logically laid out, making it easy to use. The search bar is especially useful for finding any more specific documents. Customer service is also great!
Sometimes there can be mutliple steps to add things into posts e.g., accordians or picture libraries. This is not difficult once you know how it is done but can add extra steps/ time.
It has collated a number of resources and materials into one, easily accessible place. The chat forum clears up emails for members of our network, and allows individuals to reply to threads relevant to them. Easy to send out mass coms to certain groups within the business.

Whenever there are issues or questions, there is always that great support from consultants and Hub support, so there is nothing to dislike!
Suggestions for improvements are seriously taken into consideration and often quickly implemented.
A lot of communication that took place via e-mail and chats is now replaced by formal processes, forms and workflows in the Hub.
Also versioning of documents was difficult, the Hub solved that problem.
The great thing about working with Hub Intranet is that it feels like a true partnership. When I need or request help from them, they are attentive to my needs and always offer a solution. They are excellent in terms of timescales for resolving a problem and exceed the expectations they set out in their automated email.
I wouldn't say there is anything I dislike as such. As I mentioned above, if things aren't working as they should, then they are only an email away in terms of having to resolve it.
It allows me to interact with third-party partners where we are trying to coach and provide information to them in an interactive format. Whether this is testing understanding via quizzes or providing articles/information of high importance, it allows me to interact with many users in a timely and fun way.

We have been using the Hub for nearly a year now and in that time it has become an integral tool for all internal communications. It has allowed us to communicate a variety of content, ask for engagement through surveys and has been the cornerstone for building a community across the Group.
We recently asked for additional support in training 'super administrators' and Pancentric delivered these sessions in an easy to understand format which allowed key staff to take ownership of their sections of the Hub.
