HRConnection made signing up for employee benefits fast and user friendly. All of our staff utilized benefits enrollment even if it was to opt out of benefits. It is so easy and confidentially saves your information year after year. Very convenient and beneficial.
Staff does not use the system often enough to remember log in information. Staff also forgets that it can be used as a great tool throughout the year.
There is less in house manual labor. Employees find it much more manageable than any other system or manual tracking , training and submitting benefit decisions.
Zywave partner support team. It requires a lot of hand holding.
Complexity and intricate execution to establish a client site
Ask the question as to expense for Zywave to assist Brokers with implementation. Otherwise staff time is and can be extreme

Less to dislike but one thing I can think of that we need to check everything manually if it goes offline or enroll get closed. They need to fix little bugging issues otherwise it is good.
A person can think of using HRConnections and also can take a training to understand its module thoroughly. Although it is easy to use, but one can face troubles while searching for information.
