I've enjoyed the pre-recorded videos. It has helped me a lot in terms of shortlisting candidates. This is because as a recruiter, you're always trying to lookout for the best talent and in this digital age, being able to shortlist while viewing pre-recorded videos gives you a new experience and easy interview management.

To me, the most benefit i got out of this software is fast recruitment and fast decision making. This is because i get to organize and manage everything in one platform only. From shortlisting, to live interviews, to decision making.

Another amazing bonus is having interview software on the site, this makes workflow so much faster as I don't have to link several platforms together as everything is in one place.

The functionality provided by HRBLADE is not perfect. It caused some confusion among our team members we always had no access to assistance whenever we had any questions.

All the features provided by this platform are somewhat limited and poor for managing interviews. My personal experience has been not good so far. Despite its user video interviewing software HRBLADE lacks a personal touch as it eliminates the need for in person interviews.

This impersonal approach results in a disconnection with applicants who value face to face interactions. The platform claims to save time and money it falls short in providing a touch that genuinely assesses a candidates suitability for a position.
